All Right, so you’re a fanatic about flyfishing, and you wish to produce a outstanding website to show the world your brilliance. Or you’re looking to sell your particular flyfishing products, or to market your accomplishments in your area as a flyfishing guide. Whatever your grounds for wanting to create a site, there is one matter you really want to dress it up: a flyfishing header graphic that stands out from the rest. There are two basic ways to get one: employ somebody to plan a beautiful unique header for you, or create it yourself.
The Hiring Route
If your talents rest more in fishing than in graphics, you in all likelihood should go ahead and engage a pro to design your flyfishing header. Lead Off with getting an idea of the particular artwork you want: do you have images, or do you want a more animated feeling? Is there a direction you need to promote your business, or are you open to ideas? Is it merely a header, or are you searching for something that goes up one side and across the top, hugging your message?
When you recognize what you want to see, it’s time to find your graphic designer. You can look in dozens of places: Elance, for instance, provides you with freelance graphic designers for hire at reasonable prices. RentACoder is another first-class site to hire independent talent, or GetAFreelancer. At these sites, you can either place your job out for bid, and choose the freelancer you like the best, or you can look through hundreds of portfolios and solicit a freelancer directly.
If money’s not a problem, locate some sites with great looks - not only fishing sites, but other action sites as well - and email the site owner, asking him to recommend the artist to you. It’s uncommon that they will turn you down.
Consider, though, if you’re going to have somebody create your graphics for you, that you may save some money in the long run and end up with a genuinely great looking site if you employ them to do an entire theme, with buttons and smaller variations of your flyfishing header graphics, instead of only a flyfishing header.
Do It Yourself
If you’re a do-it-yourself kind of person and you do possess some artistic talent, there are some excellent programs out there that you can utilize to create your flyfishing header graphics. Start, though, by charting out precisely what your header should appear like, utilizing graph paper to keep you in line. Once you have a clear vision, start shopping.
For photo-realistic effects, you can’t beat Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. Either has great graphical capabilities, optimize pictures for the Web, and Paint Shop Pro has a tremendous utility named a picture tube that drops series of images on your sheet for you. You can find great images at sites like istockphoto or stock.xchng, or you can find free GIF images at sites like gif.com to use in your header. With effective planning, you may be able to design a flyfishing header that fits your purposes just fine.

Coal-fired electricity stations send dioxins into the air as the smoke is dispersed. Also, dioxins come from all types of factory wastes, commercial incineration, traffic pollution, industrial emissions, fires, and many other chemical and industrial processes. Tests show dioxins to be the most potent carcinogen known to man.
Studies show that dioxins cause many serious diseases in humans, such as a range of cancers, kidney disease, birth defects, illness and premature death.
Dioxins are present everywhere because they get carried by wind, rain, weather patterns, rivers and ocean currents to all parts of the globe. When dioxins settle on pastures and plants, they form part of the food chain for animals and humans.
There is no escaping dioxins however carefully you choose and prepare your food. Dioxins are found in equal measure in both organic and non-organic food. Dioxins do not come from pesticides or fertilizers - they come from the environment at large and even from the water supply.
On the whole, our bodies can deal with a low level of dioxins. Some will get excreted instead of being absorbed into the body to cause illness. To some extent we can reduce the level of dioxins we absorb by avoiding foods high in dioxins.
So which food is highest in dioxins? Dairy milk is known to have a higher amount of dioxins than any other human food or drink, weight for weight. All female mammals produce milk for feeding to their young, including humans. Dioxins consumed by the mother get concentrated in her breast milk. This happens because all nutrients (including dioxins) get concentrated in the milk as a way of providing good nourishment to the baby.
This means babies get concentrated dioxins from their mother’s milk. Fortunately, a baby stops breastfeeding after a few months or a year so the level of dioxins received by the baby goes down. Also, human milk is known to have a lower concentration of dioxins compared to dairy milk.
For a milk consumer it’s a different story. The daily consumption of dairy milk will result in a dangerous build up of dioxins in the body, causing below-par health, serious disease, and premature death.
There are plenty of studies (too numerous to list here) showing that dairy milk has the highest concentration of dioxins compared to any other staple food product.
‘Dioxins penetrate the environment via air, water and soil and are then incorporated in food chains. The major source of human exposure to dioxins (90%) is consumption of .dairy products.’ (Professor Rocz Panstw, Zakl Hig, 1999, 50:3).
‘The primary source of dioxins is food, especially .dairy products.’ (Chemosphere, 1998 Oct, 37:9).
‘The lipophilic nature of dioxins.may result in relatively high concentrations of dioxin contamination in dairy products.’ (Journal of Animal Science, 1998 Jan, 76:1).
‘Cows’ milk is ideal for assessing levels because these compounds adhere to fat and are transferred to and eliminated in the milk of the lactating animal.’ (Linda Fitzpatrick, Cork Harbour Alliance for a Safe Environment, 2005).
All types of dairy milk contain dioxins in varying amounts, including organic milk. But over eighty percent of organic milk sold in the world is UHT milk (Long Life milk). In the Americas and most of Europe just about all organic milk is UHT milk.
With UHT milk you get far more dioxins than regular pasteurized milk because more dioxins gets digested instead of being excreted. This happens because the micronized fat globules in UHT milk are much smaller than in non-UHT milk. As a consequence, more dioxins from the milk get into the bloodstream. See below to find out more.

Selecting a cellulite solution that works is a top concern for women everywhere and of every age. If you suffer from the dreaded orange peel look, one of the first things you should understand is that your condition is quite common. Of course at the beginning of every summer we’re reminded of it again and the race is on to do something about it.
You may think that the only way to get rid of cellulite lumps and bumps is to undergo expensive and potentially hazardous surgery. Liposuction is a popular option for removing cellulite, but it is risky and offers no guarantee that the cellulite won’t come back. And, some experts warn that liposuction doesn’t work anyway.
So what really works? Let’s take a closer look at some alternative therapies to help get rid of cellulite without the inherent risk associated with surgeryl.
Mesotherapy is one option which many women decide to use. Developed in the fifties by Dr. Pistor in France, this is a popular method in Europe. With this option, injections of vitamins, minerals and amino acids are given in the areas where cellulite is a problem. These injections are usually given on a weekly basis for several months.
If you choose to try mesotherapy, you should be ready for a lengthy and costly series of treatment sessions. While most people report decent results, qualified physicians can be hard to locate. Because of the expense and the fact that injections are used, other options are often more desirable.
Body wraps are another alternative many women turn to. But, their effectiveness as a remedy for cellulite is still in question. They are based on the premise that toxins in the body play a major role in cellulite formation.
The objective of a body wrap is to force these cellulite-causing toxins out of the system. This is said to result in a better body contour and reduce the retention of water. Body wraps can be stimulating to the skin, which makes it look healthier. While it may not be a surefire remedy, it can be part of a relaxing spa experience and certainly won’t hurt.
If you’re among those who carry excess body fat or lack sufficient muscle tone, diet and exercise can provide amazing results. Even though it’s not the option most people want to hear, it does work if you follow a regular program. Just by starting with everyday activities such as walking or biking and then adding in some strength training, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the progress you’ll make.
It can be difficult to make changes to your lifestyle, but it will become routine over time. You can do it by taking small steps like drinking water instead of soda, working more healthy veggies into your diet and walking whenever possible. Every little bit helps. You’ll get more energy, feel less stressed and sleep better too - certainly a nice bonus along with reducing cellulite.
Before you decide on a cellulite solution, look into the various treatments available and choose carefully. Sometimes, the best solution is the simplest one.

I learned that the Sole F80 treadmill was the treadmill choice of upscale establishments like the Hilton Hotel chain. This intrigued me, so I took a look at the machine. I already knew that any piece of exercise equipment in a high-end establishment would be top of the line. Yet, I wanted to see for myself what made the Sole F80 so special.
My first impression of the machine was that it was a solid commercial quality treadmill. At first I didn’t think it was anything fancy. But, first assumptions are often wrong. The Sole F80 is packed with some interesting features like six workout programs, cooling fans, and speed and incline controls in the arm rests, as well as built in speakers for MP3 players or iPODS. Pretty impressive!
The Sole F80 is a heavy duty machine. Yet, it’s easy to fold and comes with an easy assist folding feature. The machine is also easy to move and maneuver into a closet or out of the way corner of your home. All in all, I would classify it as a space saver and a must-see for anyone in the market for a new treadmill.
In regards to the motor, the Sole F80 was upgraded in 2008 and is now equipped with a powerful 3.0 continuous duty motor. It operates quietly, is very smooth and can easily accommodate someone up to 350 pounds. However, someone who is a very serious runner may want to opt for a treadmill that has a bit more horsepower. This machine is better suited to walkers and joggers.
Sole Fitness is known for its outstanding warranties. The warranty on the Sole F80 is well above par offering a lifetime warranty on the motor, frame and deck. The price of the Sole F80 is less than what I would have thought, considering the durability, features and warranty that comes with the machine. Add the $500 instant savings when you purchase the machine directly from Sole Fitness, and I see why the Sole F80 is the number one choice for the Hilton Hotel chain and others. It’s a great treadmill.

One question is how to pick a good baby monitor. One nice thing about a baby monitor is that it saves you time while letting you know that your baby is safe.
Audio monitors allow you to hear the activities of your child (ex: crying) as they pick up sound. This type comes in both analog as well as digital models. The analog monitors are the most affordable but are usually still reliable. They work through the radio frequency and use FM signals to transmit the sound.
On the other hand, the digital model may cost a little more but it provides more privacy and usually has a wider range of reception than analog. Another advantage is that the digital models do not have as much static and they give a clearer sound quality so you can hear your baby better.
The advantage of the video baby monitor is that you can both see and hear your baby. This portable device will send a picture to a LCD screen and also provides night vision on some models.
Combining both audio and movement is one of the advantages of the sensory baby monitor. It can sense if the baby is not moving and also send you an audio signal when the baby make a noise. We actually like the combination of a video baby monitor and a sensory baby monitor because we can see, hear, and also sense if the baby has not moved within 20 seconds. Most babies tend to move often in their cribs. The sensor is under the baby mattress.
Always remember, that in choosing the type of baby monitor for your family you must reflect on which model would best suit you and your baby’s needs. The size of your home, and the clarity of frequency are very important factors to consider.
If you are going to be a great distance from your baby, make sure you purchase a baby monitor that is high quality and has the range to transmit the signal from the baby monitor.
Always remember that whether you would prefer an audio, video or sensory monitor, the clarity of sound and video of your unit should be of very good quality for you to effectively monitor your child. Whatever model you may choose, the most important aspects to consider is that your choice must certainly cater to your needs, fit your budget and most especially provide you with a good avenue to watch out for your baby’s safety.

Many people consider having in ground pools installed every year. What materials do these many people choose to create their pools from? Several choose the wonderfully durable fiberglass to create their pools. Fiberglass does not take the heavy routine that the other forms of pools do. Through years of wear fiberglass endures and maintain good integrity.
These pools of fiberglass can be made at the factory so that these pools come ready to be dropped in and installed into the ground. Lets talk texture a bit. If a pool is rough in texture it can allow algae to have a good place to cling to. Fiberglass pools do not have this type of texture instead they are quite the reverse. Smooth to the touch fiberglass swimming pools
As concrete pools age they can an often do develop expensive cracks to repair. Fiberglass swimming pools do not crack as often and do not need repair as often. Vinyl liners wear out so they are not much better than concrete. So look and see what kind of pool suits your needs.
Due to the fact that fiberglass pools can shift and move with the earth these pools can even be in earthquake zones. Tree roots have tore up many a vinyl liner but they will have no luck in tearing up fiberglass. Are you starting to now understand why fiberglass is such a great material to make pools from?
Fiberglass swimming pools may not be your choice due to the restrictions on shapes they come in. There are many shapes, colors and even depths and stair layouts to choose from. They cannot be designed as uniquely as concrete or the vinyl liner pools can be. So choose what shape you want first before choosing what material you want your pool made out of.
In a pool made of fiberglass you need to allow water to stay in up to a recommended level during the winter months. This would not be good if you lived in a frigid area of the country. You would need to use concrete or vinyl lined in these areas. Your nearby pool authority would be able to help you choose.
To prepare for installation of your pool you need to first pick a location for the pool. One thing to think about is ease of getting to the bathroom from outside. Choose an area of the yard convenient to the door of your house. Mark and dig the hole according to the specifications of the pool’s shape and depth. Then when the pool arrives for installation the crew can easily install it.
Making a design plan to fully utilize the surrounding are to your pool will set the scene for your pool. Chlorine resistant plants should be used when decorating in the yard. Not all plants will stand up well with chlorinated water. You also do not want to have a time consuming arrangement of plants to take care of wither. You want this area to be primarily for fun and to provide some relaxation.

If you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, your habits could be to blame.
Working on improving your pre-sleep habits is called sleep hygiene. Here are some suggestions for good sleep hygiene for you:
*Caffeine. Perhaps as time goes by your body is not as adjusted to taking caffeine as it used to be. Cut out the caffeine (and possibly chocolate too) for a few days and see if that helps. Even caffeine or chocolate taken early in the day can cause problems at bedtime for some people, especially in middle age or later.
*Exercise. Are you getting your needed 30 minutes a day of exercise close to bedtime? This can get your resting heart rate up, even an hour or two later, and prevent your falling asleep. So try exercising earlier in the day.
*Sugar. Sweets taken late in the day can stimulate your system, making it hard to sleep. Even natural sugar, like in orange juice, can be a problem for some people.
*Arguments. Instead of getting into arguments in the evening, make an appointment to argue the next day, preferrably not at bedtime!
*Creative projects. Are you working on a creative project late in the day? This can get your creative juices flowing too strongly at bedtime. This could be great for ideas for your project, but bad for sleep. Best to save these for the following day.
So what SHOULD you do for good sleep habits?
*In the evening, keep your activities dull and quiet. Do them calmly.
*Those who read at bedtime may want to choose magazines with short items and no story line.
*If you watch TV or a video, watch documentaries rather than thrillers near bedtime.
Give these practices a try to see whether good sleep hygiene will make a difference for you!
