This is exactly what I did in less than 1 week to create THREE (3) Special Reports that I needed to give away for Free with my Opt-in box. Now I know I’m using this method to create a Special Report, however the very same methodology can be used to create your very own eBook! I taught this method to my students and they went absolutely crazy over this strategy that several of them went out and implemented it right away! Below is my STEP BY STEP process. Remember you can use this for Special Reports or eBooks.

STEP 1: Decide On Topic and Name. Your first Step is to decide on the topic and name for digital book/unique Information Report. I needed 3 unique Reports. Here are the topics and Headings: “Creating A Successful Consulting Business”, “Creating A Successful Coaching Business”, “Creating A Successful Seminar Business”.

Remember my purpose and intent here was to provide general information in the form of a unique Information Report that would entice someone to opt-in and give me their first name and email address for my unique Information Report. I’m using this for my blogs. Note that my Headings are pretty generic. That is just fine for right now and for the purpose of creation. I will come back and enhance these Headings to make them more persuasive later.

STEP 2: Secure Article Writer. You need someone to write these articles for you… don’t try to do everything yourself. And remember it doesn’t have to be perfect…. it just has to BE! Get yourself going by having someone help you. You can always come back and improve later, that’s the easy part. What should you be paying per Content? Answer: $5.00. If it is more than this, keep looking. Also… if you are looking for a lot of articles, consider negotiating a package rate or for a long term relationship. The key here is not to mention that you need a digital book! Because then the price goes up to $1000 or higher! All you want is the information and then YOU will format it into your digital book or unique Information Report.

STEP 3: Create Your rich Content Headings. Okay, now you need rich Content for your digital book or unique info Report. The way to do this is to go to your rich Content Content Writer and give them the topic and a list of articles you want written. Keep in mind these Headings will change later to be your chapter Headings… for now all the rich Content Content Writer needs to know is that they are writing articles.

The articles will be about 500 words in length. It doesn’t matter what order you put your request in, however the closer to your book outline you can get, the easier it is for the Content writer to see the flow and make the information seem continuous. This is the flow you want. This isn’t set in stone and you can always change it later. As a matter of fact I rearranged the chapters to make them make even more sense and to put them into a more logical sequence for my audience.

STEP 4: Format The Content. Once you get your articles back from your Content writer (average time is 24 hours to 4 days) you are ready to put them together as chapters into your digital book or unique Information Report and then format the content. You can implement a few strategies here to increase the content. 1) Request more articles and combine the content into chapters, 2) Add your expert opinion as content and supplement the information, 3) Add case studies to demonstrate the key elements of the content, and 4) Add graphics, charts, tables, testimonials. All of the recommendations should be implemented to create a value and content-rich product that is unique and exclusive to you.

If your dog training isn’t going as planned, you might have a lot of dog behavior questions concerning your pet. However, often the problems are not due to the behavior of your dog, but by the behavior of you - the trainer. When training dogs, there are a few things you need to keep in mind, in order for it to be a successful and rewarding experience.

I can’t think of anything that requires more patience (except perhaps for raising children) then training a dog. Most people don’t have a lot of patience naturally so along with training your dog, you might have to train yourself as well!

You’ll need to find the right length of a training session for your pet and perhaps work on expanding it. You have to remember you are dealing with a dog which has the attention span of about a two year old. Different breeds and individual dogs differ in their attention span as well.

Dog behavior questions can always be answered by thinking about nature. In nature, dogs live in packs where there is an alpha dog or leader. When training your dog remember you are the boss or alpha dog. Remember in order for your training to work you must assert yourself as the leader and not the other way around.

When giving commands, be firm, but do not yell. Do not get angry with your dog when they do not obey. Rather than becoming frustrated with your dog, persist in your practice. Also, do not let the dog become the alpha of your pack. Your goal in training should not be to stroke your ego or to feel like you have power over your dog. The goal should be to have a safer environment for your dog and your family.

This won’t an always be easy - some dogs are natural leaders. But an even in purely wild packs that role can and does change an among and an individuals when the more assertive an individual insists on taking it. Be consistent don’t give up and your dog will follow your orders.

Even the best-trained dogs will not an always do what you want when you want. Expecting a dog to too-quickly an understand a new command or to unfailingly remember a previously learned one is a recipe for frustration. The dogs’ memories work very differently from humans so you need to keep this in mind and not expect him to act like one. Take the time to learn your an individual dog’s capacity and limitations.

Breeds vary in their ability to be trained as do individual dogs. There are dogs more energetic and spirited by nature such as terriers, retrievers and Dalmatians. Some are more calm like basset hounds and collies. Age plays an important role too. A ten-week old puppy will not pay attention the same way a three-year old dog will.

Working against your dog’s nature is never a good idea. Treat your dog kindly, but firmly and work at building his trust and training will be a good experience for both of you!

A USA study shows that drinking dairy milk significantly increases the chances for women to have twin babies. The study was published in the ‘Journal of Reproductive Medicine’ and shows that milk-consuming mothers have a 13% higher chance of a multiple birth compared to mothers who avoid dairy milk. Women who avoid all kinds of dairy products were found to have a 20% less chance of having twins compared to milk-consuming women. The study shows that this is due to IGF-1, a bovine growth hormone found all types of dairy milk. All recent studies show that IGF-1 is responsible several types of cancer and other diseases in regular milk consumers.

Dr. Gary Steinman of the ‘Long Island Jewish Medical Center’ in New Hyde Park, USA, conducted the study. He took samples from more than a thousand women who were avoiding meat and dairy products and observed that they had five times less chances of bearing twins compared to female milk consumers. Dr. Steinman thinks that animal-product foodstuffs, especially dairy foods, can increase the chance of releasing more than one egg during ovulation, leading to the fertilization of twin eggs.

This theory is also supported by the finding that in some traditional dairy consuming populations, the rate of twin birth is high. If it is true that consuming milk increases the chances of a multiple birth, this adds further support to the horror story of IGF-1.
