The whole concept of the American workforce has experienced a gradual change in recent years. For many people the workplace has shifted from working at a commercial location to working from home. In fact it has been projected by the U.S. Department of Labor the up to two-thirds of all Americans could be working from home by the year 2025.
Nevertheless legitimate work-at-home jobs can be found if you know where to look. There are thousands of companies worldwide, on and off the Internet, who are willing to pay people to work from home. Work from home programs are gaining in popularity as the many success stories are being realized and because of the opportunity the Internet allows us. It has leveled the playing field so anyone can have a chance to succeed that is willing to put in the effort.
It is estimated that there are now more than 52 million home-based workers in North America alone. As a result the traditional concept of the work place has changed over the years as office space has now moved online. Numerous companies use the work from home alternative as a way to attract more labor at a cheaper cost.
The question remains can people really make money working online jobs? The answer is yes, everyone can get a job that suits his/her abilities. There are extremely simple jobs like data entry jobs, typing jobs, form filling jobs, proof reading jobs, copywriting jobs and many more. These are jobs that anyone can do. You don’t need any kind of experience for such jobs.
There are many companies that allow you to work both full time and part time exclusively from home doing various jobs such as data entry, telemarketing, posting ads and customer service. These jobs are usually pay-per-project or commission-based. In most cases these jobs usually require no more than a computer, Internet access, a phone and maybe a fax machine.
Keep in mind that the percentage of people using computer is increasing everyday, with that; the demand for online workers is increasing too. People, especially from India, Pakistan and some other Asian countries are willing to work online for low rates. Buyers all around the world take advantage of online workers and they are saving a lot of money via outsourcing jobs to people on the internet instead of hiring a permanent employee.
When looking at some of the more specialized work-at-home websites you may find not only a listing of companies that will hire employees to work from home but also good information on starting a home business. The following useful hints and comments may help you determine which type of online job is best for you.
1.Define Your Lifestyle. Defining your lifestyle is the first step to finding a matching online job. Are you a person with a good work ethic and self discipline to work independently and if so then having an online job is right for you. Online jobs would naturally be a top choice to anyone looking for a job that offers a flexible schedule, such as retirees, single parents, and stay-at-home moms who all like the idea of being able to make money while spending more time with their families.
2. Set Your Online Career Goals It is important to set clear goals of what you want to achieve both personally and financially when seeking a viable online job. Whatever you are seeking there is more than likely some type of online job that can help you meet your goal.
By effectively using the tools provided for you on most work-at-home websites you should be able to locate the best online job that can help you reach your personal and financial goals. However keep in mind before making the jump, be sure you fully understand what the job tasks requires. Working at home can be very challenging, especially for those lacking discipline. You can’t get a whole lot done if you just can’t resist watching your favorite Soap Opera or sports team on Television.
The overall bottom line is that working at home can be very rewarding for many people, but it’s not for everyone. Be clear on what each job entails and after doing your own diligence you should find a number of ethical and viable online jobs that can help you accomplish your goals of making substantial money from home.

We know how important it is to find good information regarding a given product. For this reason we have developed a systematic and comprehensive review process. This process helps take out the bias. Our system consists of a 5 category system to evaluate a massage chair. Each category has equal weight and the value of each category is between 0 to 20 points. All the scores of each category are added up to give an overall rating. Our categories include Warranty & Customer Service, Comfort/Ergonomics, Ease of Use, Features and Massage Therapy. This systematic approach forces us to a disciplined method of evaluating a massage chair to help guide anyone looking at massage chairs. In this review we evaluate the Omega M-2 Orion Massage Chair which is in the entry level price range of $1,500 and under.
Warranty & Customer Service: Warranty and customer service comes from the manufacturer of the massage chair. Warranty is important, since it protects the customer in the workmanship of the product. The other side of this is customer service. Customer service must solve issues one may have. With the M-2 Orion, Omega Massage covers 1 year on the frame, 6 months on parts, and 6 months labor and shipping for 6 months. For an entry level massage chair, Omega provides the most comprehensive warranty and exceeds the other manufacturers in this category. With the M-2 Orion, Omega provides strong warranty coverage. Now on the customer service side, Omega overall is responsive and competent. They have quick turnaround times when issues do arise. The M-2 Orion is an 18 in Warranty & Customer.
Comfort & Ergonomics: Comfort and ergonomics helps with relaxation. In a massage chair the body should fit well in the chair. It should be comforting to the body. The Orion has a plush back rest cover and a large rectangular shoulder pillow. The back cover is good. The second pillow is too wide and perhaps too thin. The fit of the chair is otherwise comfortable. The curved armrests are very comfortable and the chair can be adjusted from 115 degrees to 170 degrees. Another plus is the leg rest. It is extendable an extra 4 inches. The paddle mechanism in the calf massager is effective and can be positioned for maximum effect. The manual levers are fairly intuitive in their position. Our rating in this category is 17.
Ease of Use: How easy and intuitive is the use of a given product is another important area. Products need to be designed with the user in mind. The M-2 Orion shiatsu massage has a pretty simple controller. Just push the main power and select the auto massage to enjoy a massage. The M-2 comes with manual controls for the backrest and the footrest. The backrest and footrest are attached to a manual piston. When released, it raises the footrest or raises the chair back. The M-2 does the heavy lifting for you. The remote has 3 automatic programs and 3 manual programs with 3 back courses. The remote also controls the calf massage, seat vibration and seat massage. Omega creates a chair with features of a higher end massage chair while still providing an easy to use recliner. Our rating in this category is 19.
Key Features: The key features of the Orion M-2 massage chair are the swaying massage technique and the seat massage. The Hawaiian or Swaying massage uses gentle flowing strokes to ease and elongate the back muscles. The Swaying massage starts to penetrate deeper into the muscles as it works up and down the spine. This is an effective massage to relax tight muscles. The seat massage has both vibration therapy and an eight massage head system. These rotary massage heads target the buttocks and thighs with a very invigorating massage. Add the vibration therapy and watch the aches and pains melt away from your buttocks and thighs. We give the M-2 Orion an 18 for key features.
Massage Therapy: Just how good is the massage therapy delivered by the massage chair? The M-2 comes with 3 automatic massages. These are timed massages of 5, 10 or 15 minutes. Select from 3 manual massages and select a region of your back with 3 back courses. The M2 has strong manual massages including Kneading, Swaying and Finger Press. The seat massage is very invigorating. It has eight rotary massage heads and a vibration system for the seat. The leg rest has a mechanical kneading system to soothe the legs. With the extendable leg rest, target your thighs, knees or calves. This is a very effective massage chair for its price category. This massage recliner earns an 18 for massage therapy.
How does the Omega M-2 Orion stack up? Overall, our rating of the Omega M-2 Orion is a 90/100. Omega puts some high value features into this entry level massage chair. The swaying massage and the thorough seat massage is a great therapeutic package. The M-2 provides very good strength for effective relief. Omega provides strong warranty protection for the investment in the M-2. This massage recliner comes in a The Orion is a hidden gem. If you are looking for an entry level whole body massage chair, the M-2 Orion is it.

Wrinkle Reduction via self massage? I know it sounds too simple, but stick with me on this. A good self-massage routine is easily added to your am and pm cleansing routine and can definitely cause wrinkle reduction if performed regularly.
It is very important to know how to do this, whether you are applying an anti aging skin cream, washing your face or massaging it - there IS a wrong way to do it and it may actually cause wrinkles.
How to massage: Move from the center of your face outward and upward. Do it without stretching your skin. This is very important around the eyes. Massage the skin above your eyes in an outward direction (moving towards your temples). Likewise, massage the skin under your eyes in an inward direction (gently moving from the outward corner of your eyes toward your nose), using a very light touch.
Don’t ever massage your face without using a moisturizer or oil (Jojoba oil is always great!)/ penetration of the powerful ingredients of my anti aging skin cream. I apply my favorite anti aging skin cream and massage as I apply it. That way, my face benefits from the massage, as well as from the deep penetration of the powerful ingredients of my anti aging skin cream.
In addition to its wrinkle reduction powers, facial massage is a great way to de-stress. Here’s another way to massage your face: Put your fingertips at the center of your forehead and pull them firmly toward your temples. Next, press the point directly between your eyebrows firmly for a couple of minutes for deep relaxation and relief of stress.
Another point worth mentioning is the “Oh My God” point. Place your middle fingers two inches above the center of each eyebrow (look in a mirror to approximate 2 inches). Press firmly. Breathe deep. Tighten your belly button to your spine as you exhale slowly.

The words “hot and bothered” may spark images of twisted sheets and breathlessly reaching out to the one you love for most people. But if you have a chronic illness, “hot” likely refers to a thyroid condition, night sweats, or a heating pad on high. “Bothered” is everything else that happens in bed. Like achy joints that pop when you roll over, a cat that insists on sleeping on your leg, or a spouse who snores through thunder and lightening. Romance may be hard to find in your home!
Nearly 1 in 2 people live with a chronic illness in the U.S. which means that a lot of marriages are disrupted by this uninvited third party of illness, often including mental illness as well. Seventy-five percent of marriages end in divorce. But romantic ideas don’t have to be used just on Valentine’s Day.
So, how do you create that romantic environment when you are in physical pain? I’ve got some creative romantic ideas to get some of that spark back!
Put forth some effort. No more excuses. “I’m so exhausted, I don’t feel that great. My body feels like it was run over by a truck.” I’ve said them all. But guess what? If you have an illness you’ll probably always be tired in a way normal people aren’t tired. So put on some music and relax. The distraction of romance can make you forget about a great deal of the pain!
Make romance a priority. That means not spending the whole Saturday cleaning your house and then being exhausted. Rest up, even if it’s just so you can have a conversation without falling asleep.
Do whatever it takes to be enthusiastic for your romantic evening. If you go out for a nice dinner, don’t tell him over the menu, “I actually feel pretty sick, so I don’t know what to eat. I really am going out just as a favor for you.” (That’s won’t turn your loved one on in the least!) Even if your romance is just dinner out, enjoy talking about some dreams you still have or what your hopes are for the future. Avoid talking about your illness or how it could change them all at the drop of a hat.
Poetry can be over-rated, so don’t worry about being eloquent. Instead, just write some of the things you love and appreciate about your spouse in a mini-photo album, or frame your favorite photo on a large matte and write your favorite memories of that event around it.
Surely your spouse does some things for you without complain. Does he bring home your favorite ice cream? Throw in a load of laundry? Never expect you to iron or serve a five course meal? Write down all of the things you notice he does that you don’t usually thank him for and give it to him as a special appreciation note.
Women, get out of the grandma section of underwear and buy something red, black or anything that doesn’t have waist bands wider than an inch. Stop being so self-conscious.
Text message him something daring or outrageously romantic that you would have said when you first fell in love. Back before text-messaging existed.
Give him a home-made coupon for something he would like but doesn’t splurge on very often such as, “Good for 5 guilt-free hours with your friends watching football.” Avoid making him feel guilty whenever he wants to do something you can participate in (like going hiking or riding a roller coaster.)
Perfect marriages will never exist, but a even a marriage that has an illness can be a huge blessing and not just a state of survival. Romance comes in many ways. I remember loving my husband more than ever the night I couldn’t not move because of a rheumatoid arthritis flare. I “slept” sitting on the couch and he spent the night on the floor beside the couch to comfort me every time I screamed from the pain.
Love is complicated and can come in many forms. One of the books I’ve bought all the couples in my life is “Love & Respect: The Love She Most Desires, the Respect He Desperately Needs” by Emerson Eggerichs. It talks a lot about “love languages.” For example, men feel loved when they feel respected, while women want to feel loved with emotions and communication. A lot of times we are giving our spouse what we desire rather than the “love language” they most need. Being aware of all of the small ways we can show each other love and respect will add up to romance the whole year through.

Women who have suffered from vaginal itching or burning can breathe a sigh of relief at a new innovation. The FDA has approved testing strips for yeast infections. No longer will women who have had a previous yeast infection have to wait for a diagnosis.
Test strips for yeast infection use the same process you used in chemistry class or when you test the pH of your swimming pool. The yeast infection kit strip is made of litmus paper which measures pH of vaginal secretions.
In the normal vagina the pH is acidic (4-4.5). Many studies have been done which prove vaginal pH is an indicator of the difference between yeast (candidiasis), bacterial vaginitis (BV) or trichomoniasis (TV). An abnormal pH is associated with bacterial vaginitis, trichomoniasis or a combination infection. In these instances the pH is raised above 4.5.
Home yeast test kits have been made by several companies so women are able without delay to self-diagnose whether or not they have a yeast infection. From the simple litmus paper of high school chemistry to today’s easy to use test swab or pantyliner, today’s woman can quickly self-diagnose.
The pHEM-Alert kit and the Vagilisil Screening Kit for Vaginal Infections both use a swab. Following the kit directions, the woman inserts the swab into her vagina. She then removes the swab and checks the results against the guide in the kit.
The Fem-V uses a pantyliner with a pH strip in the center. The woman wears the pantyliner until the strip is wet with discharge or for 6-12 hours. She then removes the liner and places it in the special drying tray. The liner color is checked against the guide in the kit.
Test strips for yeast infections allow women to quickly start the correct treatment of their symptoms easily without delay. Women who have never had a vaginal infection before are urged to check with their health care provider before starting treatment.
In studies reported on Medscape women who self-diagnose yeast infections by symptoms are accurate only 33% of the time. Adding test strips for yeast infection increases the accuracy to an amazing 96%!
Test strips for yeast infections can give peace of mind that a woman is making the correct choice when treating symptoms of her yeast infection.

INTRODUCTION: Leukemia means white blood (Greek leukos, white; aima, blood). It is a cancer of the bone marrow or blood and is characterized by an abnormal growth of blood cells, usually white blood cells (leukocytes)and is divided into acute and chronic forms.
It can affect the digestive tract, kidneys, lungs, or other parts of the body and can also collect in the testicles causing swelling. Leukemia is one of the most common cancers of children, But isn’t just a children’s disease, as many think.
It is diagnosed in about 29,000 adults and 2000 children each year in the US and has four primary types and many sub-types of which only a few of them are common in children.
Leukemia that has spread to the brain can produce central nervous system disorders, including headaches, weakness, blurred or distorted vision, seizures, balance difficulties, or vomiting and the drugs used to treat it, can cause anemia.
ACUTE LEUKEMIA: Acute leukemia is characterized by the rapid increase of immature blood cells, and is a potentially curable disease; However only a small number of patients are cured with current therapy. It begins with one or a few white blood cells that have a lost or damaged DNA sequence and gets worse very fast and may make you feel sick right away.
Leukemia tends to develop suddenly, however some chronic varieties may exist for years before they are even diagnosed. Immediate treatment is required due to the rapid growth and accumulation of the malignant cells, which then spill over into the blood stream and spread to other organs.
Whereas acute leukemia must be treated immediately, chronic forms are sometimes monitored for some time before treatment to ensure maximum effectiveness of therapy.
CHRONIC LEUKEMIA: Chronic leukemia is recognized by an excessive build up of relatively mature, but abnormal blood cells and can go undetected for many years until identified in a routine blood test. It is more common between the ages of 40 to 70 and rarely occurs among younger people.
It tends to worsen slowly and may not produce symptoms for many years. Like many cancers, it is a disease that usually occurs in the old. Doctors often find chronic leukemia during a regular or routine checkup, before there are any noticeable symptoms. The acute forms occur in those of all ages, whereas the chronic forms tend to occur in people over 40 years of age. Although slow-growing chronic leukemia can also be seen in children, but it is very rare, accounting for less than 50 cases in children each year in the USA.
TREATMENT: Treatment for leukemia is complex and it depends largely on your age and health, the type and how far it has metastasize or spread. Treatment is generally considered necessary when the patient shows signs and symptoms such as low blood cell numbers. Generally speaking, all treatment is divided into several different phases. In children, an intensive 6-month treatment program is needed after induction, followed by 2 years of chemotherapy.
In low risk children, standard treatment usually consists of three drugs (prednisone, L-asparaginase, and vincristine) for the first month of treatment. Higher risk patients receive larger drug doses and extra treatment with chemotherapy drugs. All patients receive follow up treatment which usually includes supportive care, such as intravenous nutrition and oral antibiotic treatment.
In general, the indications for treatment are: declining hemoglobin or platelet count, progression to advance stages of the disease, painful and disease related over-growth of lymph nodes or spleen, lymphocyte doubling time (an indicator of lymphocyte reproduction) occuring in less than twelve months. The over all strategy is to control bone marrow and total body disease while using specific treatment for the central nervous system (CNS), when necessary. Maintenance treatments may be used to prevent re-ocurrence of the disease once remission has been accomplished. Regardless the plan or strategy, it is very important for the patient to understand the treatment that he or she is receiving and the reasons behind it.
CONCLUSION: Leukemia is a cancer of blood forming cells in the bone marrow. These cells crowd out other types of cells produced by the bone marrow, including red blood cells, which carry oxygen throughout your body, and platelets, which are used to form blood clots.
Leukemia cells can spread to the lymph nodes causing swelling and or pain and can also accumulate in the kidneys, liver and spleen, causing these organs to enlarge. The cells also can affect the lungs and other parts of the body. Acute forms occur in both children as well as young adults. Chronic forms usually occurs in older people, but theoretically can occur at any age.
To date there is no single known cause that covers all of the different types of leukemia. Some studies have linked exposure to various chemicals agents, such as benzene, and hair dyes for the cause of some forms of the disease. Viruses have also been linked to other forms. Until such cause or causes are found, there is no known way to prevent the occurrence of the disease. The estimation as of 1998, is that each year, approximately 30,800 people will be diagnosed with Leukemia in the USA and about 21,700 will die of the disease.

There are many reasons why you can never complain about having too much baby clothing for boys. Boys are hard on their clothes and they grow quickly. You can always pass down the clothes to another family member too.
It is better to have a lot of boy clothes than not enough. You will notice you go through boy clothing faster than you do girls until they get older. It is funny to see how things flip around. At first the boys go through clothing like crazy and then when girls become adolescents they are into the fashions and it’s their turn.
Boys are rough on clothes because they play hard. When you consider baby clothing for boys you should think about this too. Toddlers play just as hard and they get their clothes stuck on things, food all over their clothes, stains, and more. You can never have enough clothing. Most of the toddler boy clothes you have probably are loaded with stains and it is difficult to find something without a stain on it.
Little boys also grow quickly. You will find when you have a lot of baby clothing for boys your baby probably won’t wear half of the outfits before he grows out of them. If you like to buy a lot of clothes then it is always a good idea to buy clothes a size up so there is room to grow into them. Don’t buy clothes too big though because they will be uncomfortable for the baby.
If you have boy clothing that your baby has grown out of and it not stained then you can always pass it down to a family member. People love trendy outfits and some of the cutest styles on their baby. Because of the prices of clothes today, second hand clothing for babies is common. You should never throw out your baby clothes if they are in good shape or still have tags on them.
Baby clothing for boys goes quickly. It might seem like you are constantly buying new outfits. This is because boys grow so fast and they are really hard on their clothes. The constant washing of stains is hard on boy clothes also.

INTRODUCTION: Cancer is a collection or group of over 100 different diseases that are due to abnormal growth of body cells. Cancer is one of the key diseases that is a “golden eggs laying goose” for Traditional medicine. Cancer is usually classified according to the tissue from which the malignant cells originated, as well as the normal cell type they most resemble.
CHILDHOOD CANCERS: Among all age groups, the most common childhood cancers are leukemia, lymphoma, and brain cancer. In almost all cases, however, childhood cancers arise from non-inherited mutations (or changes) in the genes of growing cells. Longer-term effects can include infertility, growth problems, organ damage, or increased risk of other cancers.
The diagnosis and treatment of malignancies in children requires time, and both short and long term side effects are possible.
WOMAN: Many women with inflammatory breast cancer do not have any breast lumps, which can make the disease very difficult to detect. Another challenge is that inflammatory breast cancer is a more aggressive cancer in younger women than most other types of breast cancer.
Still, some benign breast conditions are important because women with these conditions have a greater risk of developing cancer of the breast . However not all women with lymph node involvement develop metastases, and it is not rare for a woman to have negative lymph nodes and later develop metastases.
TREATMENTS: Different forms or kinds of cancer have different signs, symptoms, treatments, and outcomes, depending on the type of cell involved and the degree of uncontrolled celluar growth.
Each child’s treatment differs, so a child may be given daily, weekly, or monthly chemo treatments. Radiation is one of the most common treatments for cancer. While surgery is usually all that is needed, these types of cancers may not respond very well to the other treatments used for invasive ductal or lobular breast cancer.
As research continues, treatments are becoming more specific to various forms of cancer. Plus, histologic grading and the presence of specific molecular markers can also be helpful in establishing prognosis, as well as in determining individual treatments. A variety of experimental cancer treatments are also being development.
CONCLUSION: Cancer isn’t caused by germs or micro-organism, like colds or influenza are. Cancer is a term for diseases in which abnormal cells division occurs without control and can invade other bodily tissues.
Although the control of the symptoms of cancer is not usually thought of as a treatment for cancer, it is important in determining the quality of life of cancer patients, and plays an important role in the decision as to whether the patient is able to undergo other treatments. Once diagnosed, it is usually treated with a combination of surgery, drugs and radiotherapy. The cure and cause of cancer is within us.

Conventional wisdom in creating a healthy, diversified portfolio needs to be updated to reflect new market opportunities. Small investors now, more than ever, have the opportunity to include what are historically institutional-only assets in their personal holdings.
The modern investor has a wealth of new tools to achieve real diversification. Small investors are encouraged to spread their portfolios across a range of stocks and bonds. Small caps, mid caps, large caps, value, growth, short and long-term Treasuries, and municipal bonds have been the staple of a diversified portfolio. Well, times have changed and so too should your notions of eggs and baskets.
Exchange-traded funds (ETF’s) change the old notions of portfolio management. Individual investors can now add commodities (precious metals, corn, wheat, soy, cattle, oil, natural gas, etc.), currencies, and specific sectors of the economy just as easily as they can add stocks.
Americans should fear inflation and the long term decline of the US dollar. A great way to guard against these risks are to purchase foreign currency ETF’s. These are usually not correlated to bonds or US stocks, so offer a greater degree of overall diversificatoin to traditional portfolios.
Negatively correlated assets held in the same portfolio reduce overall risk. Risk, as measured by variance of returns, can actually be lowered simply by holding assets that do not move in the same direction. For instance, if stock A decreases 70% of the time stock B increases, and vice versus, then you could construct a portfolio that has less total risk than either A or B by including both.
Analyzing stock indexes in relation to major world currencies shows that Swiss Franc, Japanese Yen, and Swedish Krona have negative correlations to US stocks, while Mexican Peso, Australian Dollar, and Canadian Dollar are positively correlated. To get the most out of diversifying a US stock portfolio, it would be advantageous to include the former and exclude the latter. However, there are other reasons to invest in currencies, such as hedging declines in the US dollar.
Holding Swiss Franc, Euro, Yen, or Krona would have yielded roughly between 12% and 17% in capital appreciation over the last year. Not only that, but each ETF has a dividend yield, representative of interest rates within each country.
There are multiple consderations in portfolio theory, but applying the basics can have far reaching benefits. Those concerned with dividends should hold the highest yielding ETF’s, which include British pound, Australian dollar, and Mexican peso. On the flip side, income investors should avoid Swiss Franc and Japanese Yen.
In a world of increasing energy and food price inflation, you can see how important it is to hedge these risks. Currency ETF’s offer such an opportunity; exposing investors to relativer currency price movements, as well as variable income opportunities from taking advantage of interest rate disparities in foreign markets.
