Recently I discovered a way to deduct my family’s vacation from my small business taxes. I started a home based travel business. This provides me with many tax deductions. As a tax accountant this immediately got my attention.

5. Marketing. After the trip is over we will all help with the videos and pictures. We upload them to YouTube.com for free. This is usually quite easy. Sometimes we will add a soundtrack to our pictures or videos. We will add our contact information so others can start making money from home like we are.

6. Internet Marketing. The Infinite Potential Forum is free to join with no monthly fees. Here I post a link in the “Support My Marketing Efforts” section. Traffic is created which leads to new sign ups in our home based travel business.

Maytag quality…I may have made the term up, but I bet most of you know what I’m talking about. We’ve all seen the commercials with the Maytag repairman sitting around with nothing to do because Maytag’s are built to last and nobody ever needs the repairman. Have I got that right…in a nutshell, at least? that was one very fabulous idea the Maytag Marketing department cooked up all those years ago. They ought to be congratulated every now and then so…congratulations!

Recently I read an article that discussed Hyundai and while reading it I was eerily reminded of the Maytag Repairman and his lack of necessary repairs. The Hyundai spokesperson in the article mentioned that their projected costs related to their warranties were always higher than the actual costs to the company.

It must be stated here that the Hyundai warranty is the best in the business with 10 years/100,000 miles powertrain; 5 years/60,000 miles bumper to bumper, etc.) So the fact that they’ve got one of the most extensive warranties available and they are constantly overestimating how much fulfilling this obligation is going to cost the company…you’ve got to see where I’m going here. They’ve produced such a high quality product that they’ve left me feeling haunted by the Maytag repairman! That’s some undeniable peace of mind right there. You’re buying a new car. Here’s the best warranty available. And just so you know…the product is so great, you probably won’t need to use it!
