If you are desperately wishing to get a lover back in your life, try the following steps for success!

1. The first thing you need to do is to take a thorough look at yourself and your relationship. What actions did you take in your relationship that caused your lover to leave? Did you always seek your lover’s approval? Did you not give your lover enough space? Did you always question where your lover was and have to know who they were with? It could be a range of things. It is important for anybody wanting to get a lover back, that they not only complete this step, but are also completely open and honest with themselves and the mistakes they have made. This step is extremely vital for anybody who intends to get a lover back.

2. Having identified the problem areas of your relationship that you contributed to. You need to make changes to those areas of yourself that caused your lover to leave. Change is very positive, and I guarantee your ex lover will be the first person to notice, with much interest. If you are not prepared to take responsibility and make changes within yourself, then you need to ask yourself how serious you are about getting your lover back. This step is probably the most difficult for anybody who desires to get a lover back.

3. Whilst this next step might appear to be completely counterproductive for anybody trying to get a lover back, I assure you it is very powerful. Jealousy is one of the most powerful of all emotions, and can drive people do to all sorts of things. So in order to get your lover back, you want to capitalize on this emotion and use it to your advantage. To trigger this emotion, I urge you to get back into the dating game. 4. Go Have Fun! This step is simple. After having done all the hard parts to get a lover back, all you have to do now is be their friend. Hang out with them, go have coffee, or go have a few drinks or even have a party. The point is at this stage, you just want to focus on reminding your lover, that you can be fun.

5. Be the person your lover fell In love with originally. This is the final step in the method of how to get a lover back. You have won your lovers heart once before, so why can’t you do it again? Just BE the person your lover originally fell in love with in the beginning. It is that simple! You are that person, and you had no trouble being that person when you met your lover. So stop trying and just BE that person.

1 in 3 people in the U.S. have a chronic condition. If it’s not you, it’s someone sitting next to you or a friend who has yet to reveal her greatest personal struggle.

Chronic illnesses are often invisible. In fact, according to the U.S. Census Bureau, approximately 96% of the people who have an illness do not use an assistive device, like a wheelchair or cane, and may not show any effects of the illness. Pain from a car accident, or the pain and fatigue from an illness such as lupus or fibromyalgia, is nearly always undetectable. But many of these people who suffer still get up and get to church, despite the chronic pain because they desire to stay a part of the church body.

I distinctly remember trying to make it through a service. My rheumatoid arthritis was flaring a great deal. I stood up during worship when they announced, “Please stand,” but I had to grab onto the pew in front of me just to balance. With knees that need join replacement and feet that are deformed and breaking down, I nearly laughed as the worship song lyrics were, “I will stand in spite of pain.”

Surrounded by people who care about me, a church I love, I still felt lonely and misunderstood. How must those with illness who also deal with deep depression cope when they feel even their own church doesn’t understand the magnitude of their illness?

It’s obvious that churches already have an overwhelming amount of needs that must be fulfilled. Some of these needs are obvious and they often rise to the top of the priority list. So when people don’t even verbalize about their pain level or illness symptoms that change their lifestyle, it’s hard to understand where a church could begin to help. Pastors ask, “If they aren’t speaking up, then doesn’t that mean they are coping with it fine? They believe in God and we have a healing service every six months. Isn’t that enough?”

Let’s take a glimpse at some astonishing statistics:

- Despite what we are led to believe by our media, 60% of the people who suffer with daily pain or illness are between the ages of 18 and 64. - 75 percent of marriages that have at least one person with a chronic illness end in divorce. - Depression has been found to be 15-20% higher for the chronically ill than it is for the average person. - Various studies have discovered that physical illness (not mental illness) or uncontrollable physical pain are major factors in up to 70% of suicides.*

There is cause for great concern. Despite whether you can see the illnesses that are impacting people’s lives or not, your church body has many ailing bodies. And those who are hurting physically are often hurting emotionally and spiritually too. When Jesus speaks of the broken-hearted, I believe the chronically ill are a great portion of those who have fragile spirits.

So, one of the first hurdles to overcome is to find out what people with chronic illness need if they are being vocal about their situation. How do we help them?

(1) Perform a survey about what people may desire that they are not mentioning to the church leadership. This is especially vital if you belong to a large church. People are less likely to ask for help when they don’t know the church staff intimately and reluctant to mention their illness. They are afraid they will be bombarded with all the scriptures about healing. A recent Barna group study discovered that larger churches were the least likely to have congregational care ministries listed as a priority (Church Priorities for 2005 Vary Considerably).

Ask, “If a van was provided, would you be able to get to church more easily? Would you listen to church on the internet if you were too ill to attend? Do you feel you can call and ask for occasional personal assistance (especially if the illness is chronic and not acute)? Do you know who to call? Would you like the worship song lyrics in the bulletin and not just on an overhead? Are the seats comfortable or would you prefer a few rows be saved for you with cushions?” Brainstorm with a group of people who have a chronic illness and ask them for a wish list. Then sit down and prioritize.

(2) Provide a small group/Bible study setting for those with illness. For example, Rest Ministries, the largest Christian organization for the chronically ill, has a small group program called HopeKeepers which provides a wide variety of resources, Bible studies, and leader support for this purpose. You may find that although people enjoy the small groups they are in, they can start to feel that talking and praying about their illness week after week is a burden to others in the group. They often enjoy having a specific place where everyone “speaks the same language” and even giggles at the same jokes. It can be invigorating. And if only a few people come, that’s okay. It brings people comfort to know the church has this oasis when they need it.

(3) Ask special guests to come and speak at your church. There are many people who have physical disabilities that go to churches and share their testimony; they will encourage everyone in your church. Allowing them to stand on the stage and share what God has accomplished in their lives, despite physical challenges, demonstrates to the people in your church, especially the chronically ill, that you do recognize their needs. They will feel you care, and perhaps most importantly, that you believe they are still worthy to be used by God. People such as Nick Vujicic, Lisa Copen, Joni Eareckson Tada, and many others, minister to the masses, not just those with disabilities.

(4) Discuss the possibility of adding a parish nurse to your church staff. The number of parish nurses in United States is estimated to be about 6000, according to the Marquette University College of Nursing. If you church has a lot of seniors this may be an obvious need and she will help organize the ministries to this group of people. There are a lot of retired nurses who are discovering this kind of ministry engaging and parish nurse certification can be found at most hospitals. The parish nurse position description includes a variety of duties, depending on your church’s needs and goals. For example, the role of the parish nurse may include going to homes of church members to monitor high blood pressure or diabetes, organizing health screenings and fairs, starting walking groups, and even assisting with chronic illness and disability ministries. The parish nurse would network closely with the congregational care pastor.

(5) Have your church library be the source for all materials related to health, illness, caregiving, and Christian ministries. A large percentage of people with chronic illness are on a fixed-income and yet they really want encouragement. So fill up your library with items like books on living with chronic illness such as “Why Can’t I Make People Understand?” or “Beyond Casseroles: 505 Ways to Encourage a Chronically Ill Friend,” by Lisa Copen or Joni Eareckson Tada’s remarkable book on suffering, “When God Weeps.” Subscribe to a few magazine subscriptions like “HopeKeepers”, “Guideposts” or even “Arthritis Today.” Don’t forget books on tape, audio presentations and large-print items when they are available. Be a part of creating awareness in the church by posting flyers or having brochures available about chronic illness or disability ministries, such as Joni and Friends “Wheels for the World” program or Rest Ministries’ annual outreach, “National Invisible Chronic Illness Awareness Week.” A volunteer could also put together a binder of local and national ministry resources.

(6) Lastly, and most importantly, remember people with illness want to serve. Not just be served. This is because “He who refreshes others will himself be refreshed” (Proverbs 11:25). For example, when a woman tells you she is resigning from working in the nursery, let her know that she is welcome to serve in other ways when she is ready. She may find she enjoys writing encouragement notes to people who have an illness. A man may find he can mentor another man with a chronic illness one-on-one rather than leading a Bible study. Let them know that you value wounded healers and believe that God comforts us “so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God” (2 Corinthians 1:4).

Roughly twice a month someone shares their broken heart with me because, after much prayerful consideration, they have gone to their pastor to ask him to consider allowing them to start a HopeKeepers small group. The response is “You can minister to others once you are healed.” It makes me so saddened to see people who believe they are no longer useful to their church-or God-until they are healed from their illness.

Luke 14:21 tells us that Jesus shares a parable of a great banquet. When the host’s friends all turned down his hospitality he instructs, “Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.” This is still a commandment to our churches today. First, we must work on providing a setting where we offer unconditional hospitality. We need to first “go out” into our own congregation and provide a place of refuge; then the people who have experienced the comfort in our church will be available to walk alongside the rest of the neighborhood with open arms of understanding.

Are you fairly new to QuarkXPress? If so, you may be guilty of making some of the errors mentioned in this article. Have a quick read and see if there are any pitfalls that you are commonly falling into when you use QuarkXPress.

The New Project dialogue window (which appears automatically whenever a new project is created) is often completely ignored by many QuarkXPress users, even if the settings are not the right ones for the project they are about to create. The settings you see are left over from the last project created: if the new project needs different settings, go ahead and change them.

Where does the page actually end? A lot of inexperienced QuarkXPress users mistake the margin guides for the edge of the page. Margin guides should be set when creating the new project and are used to align text and image boxes. These items should be placed on the guides: there is no need to leave any extra space.

There are two main ways of aligning elements on a QuarkXPress page: ruler guides and measurements. Most new QuarkXPress users are seduced by the ease with which guides can be created (just drag them onto the page from either the horizontal or vertical ruler) and end up with a page covered in these green guides. Guides are very useful but it is often just as easy to change the X and Y measurements of elements. Making the X measurements the same aligns left edges, Y aligns top edges. The measurements window will also perform basic calculations for you. For example, to double the gap to the left of a text box, just tye “*2″ (i.e. multiplied by 2) after the current X value and press Enter.

When using QuarkXPress, it’s often the case that you want to align a new element with something that’s already on the page and, if you are fond of using guides for alignment, you will probably drag a guide onto one of the edges of the existing element and then snap the new element to the guide. Bear in mind when you do this, however, that only the second element is actually properly aligned with the guide, since dragging a guide close to an object doesn’t snap the object to the guide; only the reverse is true. To have both elements correctly aligned, you will need to also snap the first element to the guide.

Automatic text boxes is another source of confusion for many QuarkXPress users. This option can be activated when creating a new document and allows you to use Quark in a similar way to a word processing package. Each page in the document automatically has a text box on it and once this box is filled with text, a new page is generated, also containing a text box.

The automatic text box feature is great for long documents. However, you will often see QuarkXPress users activating this option when creating short documents or even documents consisting of a single page. They make the assumption that all the feature does is to save them the trouble of creating a text box. In fact, if the text box ever becomes filled with text (which can easily happen as you experiment with different text formats), a new page is immediately generated and your single page document becomes a two page document.

Another simple error new QuarkXPress users tend to make, is clicking on the text box tool then trying to edit text. This one is not so serious since it’s a non-starter: the only thing you can do with the text box tool is create text boxes. The correct tool for editing text is the Content tool, the second tool on the QuarkXPress toolbar.

You will also often see new users attempting to edit text or move a picture inside a picture box when the Item tool is highlighted. This is a non-starter since the contents of a box can only be edited with the content tool. Admittedly, most users will eventually realise this if only through trial and error.

You will often see new QuarkXPress users highlighting the Item tool when resizing text or picture boxes. This is not necessary since resizing a box can be done whether the item or content tool is selected.

QuarkXPress newbies will often create more text boxes than they need to (This box is for my heading, this one is for my subheading, and so on…), forgetting that the format of text can be changed as many times as necessary within the same box. Separate text boxes need to be created only where the attributes of different blocks of text cannot be accommodated within the same box: for example, a heading spanning two columns above a two column story.

In QuarkXPress, unless a text or picture box is given a frame or background fill, it will not print. Yet many Quark users insist on carefully setting attributes like the vertical alignment of the text within the box. Remember, there is no box there: all that matters is the text inside the box. QuarkXPress has a print preview feature which is obtained by pressing F7. This shows the elements that will actually print and hides all guides and design frames. Using this feature can help to remind new users which elements are printable and which are simply visual aids.

What makes a New York Web design company any different from other Web design companies? That’s easy Competition. Just look at how many design firms there are out there and you will see what I mean! In the city or outside, someone seeking high quality Web design in New York faces hundreds of choices in an area of just a few city blocks. Now that’s competition!

If you are not from the area it can be difficult to envision. This might help Imagine typing “New York web design” into Google’s search box and getting hundreds of pages with thousands of links of returns. Instead of clicking on those links however, you’re walking into hundreds of offices; each offering their own unique flavor of Web design.

But, with the competition comes a competitive edge that is critical in a struggling economy. Of course we all want to look good on the Internet, but when you’re competing with your real live neighbors in addition to those online; you have to step it up a notch.

Having said that, I’d like to offer some inside advice from a flourishing New York Web design business. Specifically I’d like to hit on some of the more important aspects of Web usability, which is the most important starting point of any design project yet, typically the one least addressed.

To begin with, most visitors do not actually read a Web page initially; they scan it. They want to see if there is something worth actually reading before committing to it. So you need to grab their attention and keep it at least long enough to get them to the next grabber. Here’s how to do it…

1.) Jump in with your most powerful content right off the bat. Grab their attention immediately and keep it. Never save the best for last unless you have something nearly as good to lead the reader there.

2.) Be as consistent as possible with you functional areas; especially navigation links (top, left, right, etc.) search boxes, login fields, and anything else that needs user interaction.

3.) Always add a link back to your homepage via your company logo. Sure it’s seems logical, though it’s often regarded as old fashioned. If you have ever gotten turned around on a big site you probably know how comforting it is that there is a quick way back to the homepage. Also, a breadcrumb trail is useful if your website’s page structure is very deep. Any way to let your visitor quickly return from where they started is important.

4.) Place a search field in a convenient location. But make sure it searches ONLY within your own site. “Search The Web” features practically beg your visitors to leave your site.

Secondly, people are not the only ones who visit your site. Search Engines do too. At least you should hope they do. So how do you make a website search engine friendly? It’s easier than you might think. There’s a lot more to it than using keywords in your meta tags. The days when you could just add keywords to your site’s head tags are over. The following are the three (3) things you absolutely need to do if you want your site at the top of Google.

1.) Use your most important keywords as the anchor text (that’s the text comprising the hypelinked words) in your links throughout your page’s content. This is a biggie! Want to see how big?

Navigate to Google.com and conduct a search for the term “Click Here” (no quotes.) Take note of two things right away… Number one, there are more than 1.6 billion other (competing) Web pages. Number two, the top match returned is a link to Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Ready for a surprise? The term Click Here is not anywhere on the page text or META tags. The page is number one, out of 1.6 Billion pages, because thousands of Web pages supplying a link to Acrobat “Click Here” as their anchor text of choice. Amazing, isn’t it? This is the best news every for your site! This is like a magic bullet that works every single time. And it’s so easy. This leads us to our next tip

2.) If SEO is a priority, dedicate a separate page to each of your main keywords and link the anchor text from each page to the page that has that keyword as its topic. So if you have a site dealing with citrus fruit you should make ?oranges? the anchor text on the homepage link that leads to the page specifically about oranges.

Insider Advice: As a Web developer you can deliver more value to your clients and earn substantially more by learning about SEO and helping get your clients sites to the top of Google, Yahoo and MSN. There are plenty of great SEO tools that can help anyone become a quick success with little time or effort. Just find a product that delivers and has customers you recognize. eBay, Motorola and Lexmark all place their online success in the hands of a tool you can get for $250 at www.iBusinessPR0M0TER.com. Just dig around and find a tool that has the best success rate with clients who could easily afford anything but choose to stick with that one.

3.) Relevant anchor text should also be at the top of your mind when you are requesting inbound links from other sites. This is what Google uses as its strongest measurement to gage the quality of your pages.

This is how you can build your brand using your own words. Getting visitors there is only half the battle, keeping them is a whole different ballgame. Now, similar to tip number 2, you want to request specific keywords be used in the anchor text leading to your pages from other sites. And be sure to request each link to the most appropriate page. Just linking to the homepage doesn’t cut it anymore.

Warning: Avoid reciprocal link farms like the plague! They are so easy for Google to spot it’s a joke.

If you are in need of quality links but don’t have time to setup link partnerships yourself, you may want to try a service that facilitates “3 way linking” like the one at www.3WayLinker.com.

It is both simple and brilliant Site X links to Site Y. Site Y” links to Site Z. And Site Z links to Site X forming a simple yet effective chain of one way links.

Well that’s it for this series of inside tips from a New York Web Design Company. Enjoy!

Click fraud is a risk that goes along with doing any kind of pay per click advertising as part of your Search Engine Marketing strategy. Pay per click advertising can help you be sure that you’re getting some kind of return on your advertising investment because you’re only paying when someone clicks on your ad and goes to your site but not everyone clicking on your ads is interested in your products or services. Click fraud is when someone that has no interest in your products or services repeatedly clicks on your ad just to make you pay more money.

It sounds like something that petty and spiteful person would do to one another but click fraud can lead to huge advertising bills for companies who aren’t getting anything in return for that money.

Anyone that uses search engine optimization wants to advertise their website and try to get more traffic but the point of using search engine optimization is to reach your target market and get members of your target market to click on your website. Search engine marketing and search engine optimization are safer bets than pay per click advertising because of the high risk of click fraud that comes with pay per click advertising. The biggest search engines like Google and Yahoo have built automated click fraud management programs to try and combat the growing problem of click fraud but it still happens everyday to lots of companies.

A larger company might not notice the click fraud until they end up with an advertising bill that is three or four times higher than they expected. When that happens a click fraud management team from the ad company will step in and try to determine if click fraud is responsible but unfortunately the law hasn’t quite kept up with the changing technology when it comes to click fraud. There are several large click fraud cases that are still pending in the courts. Companies feel that they shouldn’t have to pay huge advertising bills as a result of click fraud and that the ad companies have a responsibility to create a click fraud management system to keep click fraud from happening and the ad companies feel that the companies are responsible for the costs incurred by click fraud.

Click fraud isn’t just done by a single person or a group of people sitting at their computers clicking on a company’s ad over and over. There are automated programs that are designed to click on an ad thousands of times per day which can mean an astronomical bill for companies without giving them any new business. The new click fraud management programs that are being rolled out by the major ad companies and search engines are alleviating some of the click fraud problem but click fraud will almost always be a risk when you’re doing pay per click advertising.

Search engine marketing with just plain old search engine optimization is a safer methods to drive traffic to your website although they may or may not drive as much traffic to your website as a few pay per click ads would. A combination of SEO and PPC with the right click fraud protection can be the a great strategy.

Many employees are sick of working for someone else. They dream of having their own company, and even working from home. It can be done. If you’re going to try, here are a couple of things to think about.

There is no need to quit your job first. Keep your old job and start building your new business part time. Most small business owners fail in their first try. If you’re making a living from your old job, you can survive until you find success.

If things don’t work out, you still have your job. If things start going well, you will be earning two nice incomes. Once are making enough money to feel comfortable, you can leave your old job and pursue your new business full time.

If this works, you will soon be making a good income from this part time business. This brings you to the next decision. When you leave your old job, do you start full time on your new career? Or, since you are making good money, do you stay part time, and have all that time now for family and fun.

If someone told you that you could make 100,000 a year working twenty hours a week, I assume you’d take the job. Wouldn’t that make working at two careers for a while well worth it? I can’t imagine anyone saying no to that.

First, find something you like. If you have a hobby that can become a business you will have a job that you love that can last a lifetime. If you don’t find something like that, then connect your new venture with what you want to get out of life. This will give you the focus and drive needed to succeed on your own.

Let’s look at one or two types of businesses that might fit our needs. Network marketing (MLM) can be a good way to build a nice residual income. Selling products on the internet can be a great choice.

Network marketing gets a bad rap. In reality you do two things in network marketing. You sell products for a company, and you get others involved in doing the same. This is a great field for you if you have good people skills.

This works because a network marketing company doesn’t advertise. You, as a marketer, are paid for products sold by you and your team. If you build a good foundation this can generate residual income that can last for years.

If you don’t feel you’d like person to person selling, the selling stuff on the internet is a good choice. You get a website that acts as a store where people can see what you have to sell. Your store will be open all the time and can get customers from anywhere. You can build a huge business this way.

If you really have the desire to be your own boss working at home, you have a good start. If you succeed you will be able to leave the 9 to 5 world. You should make more money, but if you make the same, working less hours and from home will make it very worthwhile.

Exactly what are dust mites? Are they alive? Exactly how many dust mites currently reside in my home? What is it about dust mites that cause people to have allergic reactions? When pondering the subject of dust mites many questions arise, but very few actually know any information pertaining to a creature that is found by the millions within almost every home.

Exactly what are Dust Mites? Although numerous people understand the existence of dust mites, only the select few know anything past that. Dust Mites are living creatures that eat, respire, and defecate, parallel to any other animal. Dust mites have eight legs due to their origins tracing back the arachnid or spider family. A dust mite’s lifespan is approximately thirty days for a male and sixty days for an impregnated female. During the entire span of a female’s life, a female dust mite will lay about one hundred eggs.

How Large is a Dust Mite? Not very large at all, in fact a dust mite is not visible to the human eye; the only way to view a dust mite is through a powerful magnifying glass or microscope. The approximated size of a dust mite is half a millimeter large.

How Many Are in My House and Where Do They Live? The exact amount of dust mites in your house is unknown however there are millions of dust mites in the typical mattress. They live in your pillow, sheets, blanket, couch, chair, carpets etc.

For What Reason Do Dust Mites Live in My Bed, Couch, etc.? Dust mites find humid places within your house favorable so any place where you sweat, drool, or even breathe creates optimal living conditions for dust mites. Dust mites also find places such as deep within the fibers of your couch or carpet a great place to live, because it is away from sunlight and the dust mites are protected from vacuums.

What is it Dust Mites Feed On? The answer to this one is simple. Dust mites like to feed on you. Dust mites thrive and feed on the dead skin that sheds off of humans on a daily basis. A solitary day of shredded skin from a human is enough to feed thousands of dust mites.

Why Call Them Dust Mites, Why Not Skin Mites? A majority of dust is comprised of dead skin. The dust you see in the attic, on your TV or in the air is comprised mostly of your dead skin. Because it contains so much dead skin dust mites pretty much consume what we call dust, therefore making them ?dust? mites.

Many people know little to nothing about dust mites, but hopefully upon reading this you now know a little more than before about the creeping crawling dust mites.

As with any food item, coffee beans oxidize when exposed to air. Since coffee grounds have a larger surface area, they are exposed to even more air and, therefore, can become stale much faster. Grinding your beans at home is the best way to drink coffee made from the freshest grounds, as long as you only grind as much as you need for one pot.

Of course, grinding is an extra step to take in the morning, when you might not be feeling the most coordinated. But, if you value quality coffee, choose the best grinder you can afford. There are three main types of grinder: the burr, the blade and the crusher.

The crusher is really just a mashing device. It is often much like the mortar and pestle, an ancient device. This kind of grinder crushes the beans which is a laborious process that produces a irregularly shaped ground. Avoid this method if you can.

The blade grinders chop rather than really grind. The blade whirls, slicing the bean into tinier and tinier portions until you have a ground. The downside of this method is that it produces grains that are too large and too inconsistent to make tasty coffee in your home cappuccino makers.

When the surface areas of the grounds vary, different amounts of flavor oils are released during the brewing process. Slicing also produces excess heat from the fast-spinning blades which diffuses the aroma before you even start brewing coffee.

Burr grinders represent the best technology available. These have two motor driven plates each with teeth shaped like pyramids. They grind together to create a consistent, perfectly-sized granule. The best models allow you to adjust the speed along with the size of the grain.

Playing with the size is crucial to establish the ideal brew. Speed control helps prevent over-heating.

The conical burr grinder is preferred by discerning coffee aficionados. These rotate as slowly as 500 rpm. Other more inexpensive burr grinders start at 10,000 rpm or higher. Low speed allows you to control the grind while minimizing the heat. This fine grind is crucial if you want to brew Turkish coffee.

When purchasing a grinder for the home, you will want to find a product made from solid materials that cleans easily and does not make too much noise. Upper burrs that can be removed are important, as is a cleaning brush.

Finding a grinder that can be timed to start and shut off by itself in the morning is a nice convenience.
