Fears over data leaks from RFID-enabled cards aren’t new, and some argue they’re overblown — but this demo shows just how cheap and easy the “sniffing” can be. This episode is part of our ongoing series of interviews with some of the thinkers, hackers, and tinkerers at the O’Reilly Emerging Technology conference this year. OK, Family meeting folks, need to cut cost, for starters bare bone essentials only, canceling all insurance policies (frauds anyway) walk away from credit cards (Fico: huge fraud), walk and bye bye underwater mortgage. Hey,…it’s just a pragmatic family business decision. Got the idea from the Wall Street too big to fail banks, I hear they are really good at it, loading up on ammo, start me a family weed/veggie garden, shop local, pop me a cool one and,..Oh, well Fuck it.

Believe me, and im not bragging but i know a few real life nerds. Not the intelligent type, the type who follow every single star trek episode and wait out side of conventions 4 months in advance living in tents. I used to work with this guy who did just that, had to be in his 30’s twas Pathetic. Ima Network Admin/Security junkie and i remind myself every time i use my computers/network that there are other important things like women and money and weed and strippers and ….. well you get it

that’s because they know its harder to hack so that way they don’t get hacked
a grate way to disguised it would to make it into some sorta belt buckle (it may not look right when scanning) but it might jest work (with some luck)
This method is too risky unless someone figured a way to increase the RF signal to simultaneously grab data from thousands of CC’s. I’d rather just find ways to sql inject and gather bots and sniff out the cc info ;o)
