Sunglasses are made of two pieces of dyed glass or plastic in a plastic or metal frame. Can anything get more uncomplicated than that? It is not so obvious, but the two pieces of glass have a variety of uses, each one impacting you differently. It should be apparent to you now that there is definitely a difference in the quality of the wide range of sunglasses available.

If you’re shopping for a high-quality pair of sunglasses, there are four things you should make sure you’re getting:

Your sunglasses should have protection from the sun’s ultraviolet rays. Corneas and retinas can be damaged from Ultraviolet (UV) light. When you wear good sunglasses, it is possible to filter UV rays out completely.

Sunglasses can shield strong light. When additional light hits the eyes, the iris closes. After the iris has closed as much as possible then the next step is squinting. If there is still extra light, such as from the brightness of snow, then this will cause damage to the retina. Sunglasses should be well made to eliminate as much as 97 percent light to avoid damage to your eyes.

Sunglasses shield glare. Specific surfaces, such as water, can reflect a large amount of sunlight, and the light could play tricks on your eyes, making it hard to see clearly. When you have good polarized sunglasses, it will eliminate any glare.

Sunglasses will block certain light frequencies. While contrast might be improved by some frequencies of light, certain others can blur vision. Finding the right color sunglasses has its benefits in certain situations.

Buying inexpensive sunglasses typically means that you lose all these benefits and possibly make the situation worse. For example, your exposure to UV rays increases if your sunglasses do not provide UV protection. Cheap sunglasses will stop some light and this will cause the iris to open even more and will let in more light. This will let in more UV light also and cause more retina damage.

Buying the appropriate kind of sunglasses you need for the situation gives you the most protection and performance out of a pair of sunglasses.

Comfort in a shoe should be the number one priority- and designer shoes take this priority to new heights. And while the general consensus is that designer shoes are mostly for the youth of the nation, designer shoes are now catering to women and men of all ages and sizes.

There has been an alarm among the health industry that many nations around the world are becoming more obese. Thankfully citizens everywhere are now dieting and exercising their way into a slimmer body- but they often find that only designer shoes will withstand the pressures of long term exercising such as jogging or running. As a result, designer shoes have been made popular due partly to the fact there are more people out and about.

If a woman could go shoe shopping for a day, she’d likely bring back a lot more shoes that are going to hurt the feet and cause blisters than those that will be comfortable as well as stylish. In this case, women should make an effort to buy designer shoes for every day wear and tear- or else they may find themselves in more discomfort at the end of a long day at work.

The typical woman will likely have a fascination with buying as many shoes as possible- or at the very least have a knack for buying more shoes than they actually need. Most women will say that they need different shoes for different occasions- but designer shoes for women are now able to fit every occasion in terms of style and comfort. If nothing else, a woman will only have specific need for a couple of pairs of designer shoes for most occasions.

Pricing on designer shoes is always thought to be expensive- but consumers just aren’t shopping around enough. A designer shoe will cost quite a bit of money in the local retail store, but online resources and yard sales will have them for much cheaper prices. Auctions and other bidding sales are also a great means of obtaining the latest designer shoes for a fraction of the retail price.

Above all else, women should keep in mind that designer shoes are able to be found on the Internet in less time, and they’ll likely spend less money. Internet wholesalers sell designer shoes to individuals at prices that the warehouses stock them at- not the inflated prices that retailers use to make a quick profit. Keep in mind that the Internet isn’t always a trusted resource, and communicating with family members or friends is a good idea to see where they may have bought designer shoes in the past.

In Conclusion

As time shows, designer shoes are steadily becoming more popular for all ages, genders, and nationalities. We can only hope that the many benefits designer shoes offer will continue to skyrocket as demand follows suit.

Due to new jewel-crafting techniques and technologies, customizing your Rolex watch is a very hot trend for those Rolex owners who want to mark their luxury timepieces as uniquely fashionable and to enhance its resale value. Customizing your Rolex watch has become so hot that there are artisan jewelers who specialize in crafting each Rolex component, as it requires exceptional skills in precious metals fabrication and production, exacting standards for quality of materials and craftsmanship, and an intimate knowledge of gem cutting techniques and innovative designs. Each client presents a challenge for jewelers and with each project, their expertise with Rolex customization grows as well as their mastery of their craft.

Customizing your Rolex Dial

The dial or face of a Rolex watch is the most visible of features and is generally the first thing that catches the eye even from across a room. While it must be said that Rolex dials are made with the same flawless workmanship and attention to detail that Rolex applies to the interior mechanisms and other components, customizing your Rolex dial imparts another level of luxury and individuality. Options for customizing the dial of a Rolex abound and are limited only by the finite space the interior of a Rolex affords and the intrinsic properties of the materials themselves.

18K yellow gold remains the most popular choice for customized Rolex dials for its natural luster and ability to enhance and flatter any gemstone, especially diamonds. 18K white gold dials imply understated elegance and are popular choices for showcasing the gems of color, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, and the like. A stainless steel Rolex dial imparts that the wearer is a self-motivated, take-charge individual who prefers practicality over ostentation. Flawless mother-of-pearl dials are popular choices for ladies who prefer the natural warmth of the nacre that accentuates the rings on their fingers. But perhaps the most dramatic choice for customizing your Rolex dial is a polished black onyx dial which seems to absorb light and deepen the beauty of the bracelet and bezel.

Customizing your Rolex Bezel

The bezel is the ring surrounding the crystal of a Rolex that protects and holds it in place. A bezel can be customized in a variety of ways and is most often crafted from precious metal. The bezel is exposed to the most contact and potential damage so it is imperative that the metal of the bezel is durable and can withstand the occasional inadvertent contact with a door frame or other hard knocks. Bezels are frequently constructed of 18K white gold, yellow gold, or platinum, resistant to wear and able to hold precious gems fast in their mounts.

Customizing your Rolex watch with a ceramic bezel is a relatively new option with little or no capability for holding gems but when polished to a high shine with numbers etched into the surface that are filled with gold, it has an unique elegance all its own that some people prefer. When it comes to gemstone choices for Rolex bezels, diamonds are undoubtedly the most popular choice. Their ability to throw light and draw the eye is unparalleled and after all, that?s the reason for customizing your Rolex watch, isn?t it? Other gems, like rubies, emeralds, and sapphires, are also used in combination for bezel customization because their own natural beauty makes a statement about the wearer and their discerning fashion sense.

Customizing your Rolex Bracelet

Customizing the bracelet of your Rolex presents many of the same options as mentioned above, but the key determinant seems to be how the material feels against the owner?s skin. 18K yellow and white gold are again the most popular choices, with platinum a distant third. Because of the sheer amount of surface area on a bracelet and clasp, the bracelet is an excellent option for where Rolex customization. Different configurations and combinations of metals create unlimited customization options and each link of the bracelet can hold several gems with types and combinations only limited by the owner?s imagination and budget.

Customizing your Rolex watch with dials, bezels, and bracelets is a uniquely personal endeavor. Owners frequently take a great deal of time to weigh their options before making a final decision. They pore over trade magazines and surf the Internet for inspiration and ideas. It is not uncommon for owners to discover that they’ve had so much fun customizing their Rolex, they start looking for another Rolex to customize shortly after the jeweler has been commissioned to perform the personalization on the first piece!

The market for used and pre-owned Rolex watches has risen steadily over the last couple of decades as more people desire Rolexes for their design, craftsmanship, and enduring value. Given the current state of technology and its impact on our lives, it?s easy to forget that wristwatches barely existed a century ago. Pocket watches were the only real option, and the main obstacle to wristwatch production was that the moving parts inside a watch could not be made small enough to fit in a wristwatch and still meet the standards for accuracy and performance. Then in 1908, a German named Hans Wildorf founded Rolex with his brother-in-law and from that point forward, personal timekeeping would never be the same.

Not only did Herr Wildorf make Rolex watches small enough to fit comfortably on a wrist, he also invented the world?s first truly waterproof watch and a few years later, the world?s first self-winding watch, the Rolex Perpetual. These are some of the many highlights in the history of Rolex watches and the extraordinary people who built the company through their relentless pursuit of precision and exceptional craftsmanship.

These days, the Rolex name is one of the most recognized brands all over the world and people have no qualms about buying a used or pre-owned Rolex, as everyone knows they are built to last and withstand extraordinary conditions. Rolexes have descended to the deepest recesses of the Marianas Trench, circled the wrists of climbers who have reached the summit of Mount Everest, and even accompanied astronauts into space. Despite the demands of these radically different environments, Rolex watches maintained their ability to keep incredibly accurate time without interruption.

Perhaps the intrinsically human want to associate ourselves with excellence inspires people to purchase used Rolex watches or, to use the currently popular term, pre-owned Rolex watches. Or maybe it is the fashion statement that a Rolex watch makes in any milieu. It also may be the simple satisfaction of having a personal accessory that will continue to perform reliably year after year in all conditions. Whatever one’s motivation for buying a used Rolex may be, the market for pre-owned Rolexes continues to grow with no end in sight.

It’s hard to imagine that the arrival of quartz digital watches in the late 60s and early 70s almost made mechanical watches obsolete. As consumers flocked to inexpensive digital models flooding the marketplace, many Swiss watch manufacturers scrambled to revamp watch production, but Rolex steadfastly stuck to its values and time-tested production methods. That persistence paid off a few years later when one particular pre-owned Rolex model became prized by collectors in Europe and throughout America. Rolex produced only one model of the quartz watch in a limited production run and today, it’s one of the most sought-after pre-owned Rolex watches by collectors.

The demand for the Rolex quartz is dwarfed by collectors? enthusiasm and desire for another model. The first Paul Newman Cosmograph Daytona was introduced in the late 60s and featured a built-in stopwatch that was a practical tool for racing car time trials, as well as a variety of other uses, from horse racing to track and field events. Because of the boom in digital watches at the time, Rolex produced a relatively small number of Paul Newman Daytonas, but in the 80s, it became a must-have for serious collectors of used Rolex watches and as prices soared, they became harder to find.

These are only a couple examples of used Rolex watches indicative of the value that pre-owned Rolex watches retain over time. While the resale value is exceptionally enduring, most people more often purchase used Rolexes for uniquely personal reasons. No matter what the reason for purchase, a pre-owned Rolex allows one to touch the past, and despite the age of the instrument, each piece resonates with the uncompromising standards of workmanship and quality materials synonymous with the Rolex name. It is of no surprise that the market for used Rolex watches is hot and expected to remain so for the foreseeable future.

Buying a suit online can seem like a daunting task to the inexperienced buyer. Reasons for this can include fears of: identity theft, fraud, and unknown shipping costs. However, with a few useful strategies you can dramatically limit your risk and make the online shopping process as fun as your brick and mortar experiences.

The most important tip I can give you is to use a secure server when making your purchases. Fraud is not as prevalent as some naysayers would have you believe, but it is something to watch out for. Using a secure server will help you feel at ease throughout the buying process and make the purchase that much sweeter.

Buy from a reputable seller. Reputable sellers can be found by checking to see if the company is registered with the better business bureau.

Determine what your shipping costs will be before you make your purchase. The vendor should be upfront about all costs before the sale is made. This practice will eliminate any unwanted surprises.

Figure out what your measurements are before buying the suit. Determining your measurements in advance should lower the chances of you having to return the item after receiving it.

Buy from a store that provides you with multiple pictures of the item. Pictures from different angles will help give you a better idea of what the suit will look like when you put it on yourself.

Purchases should never be made from a company that does not have a return policy. Suit sizes do not always measure up correctly and you may find yourself with a suit that does not fit. This issue will not be a problem if you have the ability to return the item after the purchase.

Use a credit card to make your online purchases. Credit card companies will help protect you against fraud and will fight for you if you cannot get a refund. Also many credit card companies offer cash back on purchases which will save you some money.

There are many reasons why you can never complain about having too much baby clothing for boys. Boys are hard on their clothes and they grow quickly. You can always pass down the clothes to another family member too.

It is better to have a lot of boy clothes than not enough. You will notice you go through boy clothing faster than you do girls until they get older. It is funny to see how things flip around. At first the boys go through clothing like crazy and then when girls become adolescents they are into the fashions and it’s their turn.

Boys are rough on clothes because they play hard. When you consider baby clothing for boys you should think about this too. Toddlers play just as hard and they get their clothes stuck on things, food all over their clothes, stains, and more. You can never have enough clothing. Most of the toddler boy clothes you have probably are loaded with stains and it is difficult to find something without a stain on it.

Little boys also grow quickly. You will find when you have a lot of baby clothing for boys your baby probably won’t wear half of the outfits before he grows out of them. If you like to buy a lot of clothes then it is always a good idea to buy clothes a size up so there is room to grow into them. Don’t buy clothes too big though because they will be uncomfortable for the baby.

If you have boy clothing that your baby has grown out of and it not stained then you can always pass it down to a family member. People love trendy outfits and some of the cutest styles on their baby. Because of the prices of clothes today, second hand clothing for babies is common. You should never throw out your baby clothes if they are in good shape or still have tags on them.

Baby clothing for boys goes quickly. It might seem like you are constantly buying new outfits. This is because boys grow so fast and they are really hard on their clothes. The constant washing of stains is hard on boy clothes also.

Custom color contact lenses come in two types, prosthetic and special effects contact lenses. They can be manufactured to hide an eye defect or just to simply hide an eye injury and also to be used as special effects in the world of theatre and movies. In this article, we will try to discuss both.

Prosthetic Custom Color Contact Lenses

Prosthetic custom contact lenses are mostly hand painted and considered to be a labor of love. They are mostly used to replace an eye or eyes that have been completely damaged. They are made to look so close to a normal eye that people often do not notice them at all.

Custom made soft contact lenses are manufactured with materials that are special to allow for very comfortable wear. They are also made so that they will easily bond to the multi-layered pigments that are used to give depth and definition that are very close to the real deal.

As prosthetic lenses are made to order, and can only be used by the one person, the prices for these custom color contact lenses are extremely high and sometimes cost up to a few thousands of dollars. It is primarily due to this reason that companies that manufacture these lenses do not usually offer any kind of refunds as they are one of a kind and only suited to an individual.

You must make an appointment for a thorough examination with any of the many companies that manufacture these lenses, prior to making your purchase. During this examination, you will be color matched, measured, fitted and any special needs will be attended to.

Prosthetic custom color contact lenses can last up to two years if well cared for and for that reason, they will required regular maintenance just like any other contact lenses. Except from astigmatism, custom color contact lenses can be made to correct nearly all vision problems.

Special Effects Custom Color Contact Lenses

Special effects custom color contact lenses have been used in movies and theatrical production for many years before they were available to the general public. If you search the Internet, you will be able to many online stores that offer these lenses for sale.

As with any lens, an initial consultation and examination must be made and patients must be fitted for contacts by an eye doctor. Special effects lenses can be made to correct vision as well as for aesthetic effect.

Each contact lens is designed customized to the request of the buyer. Some of the effects available include, bloody or hemorrhaged eyes, aged eyes, cataracts, blind effects, and mirrored eyes.

Although quite expensive when compared to normal contact lenses, custom color contact lenses are like a piece of art and if treated properly can last several years. The lenses will you with lasting entertainment whether you are a professional working in theatre and movies or just to wear on special occasions like Halloween.

e Latest Bra Products

Most of us wear the wrong size bra according to studies. Bras simply are not as comfortable as they could be. The good news, however, is every year brings new models that are a bit better.

One of my favorite new bras is the La Perla Vintage. It has a nice shape and padded underwire support makes it comfortable. The downsides are it has to be hand washed and is a very price $127. One has to pay for comfort.

Could you use a bit of a lift without it being to obvious? The Secret Ipex demi-cup bra from Victoria’s Secret is just the answer. It is reasonably priced at $45, but does have the all to common unprotected underwire problem.

An older bra that has been given a tune up this year is the Bump It Up product from OnGossamer. There is truth in advertising with this name and your bust line will definitely be the focus of your outfit when you wear this comfy brassiere.

A word of advice on buying bras. If it is an underwire model, make sure there is extra padding around it. Constant poking can drive any woman nutts. Also, look for double stitching on straps, a sign of quality.

Most of us are wearing bras right now that don’t fit. Getting a professional fitting is a must. That being said, your body changes over time. Make sure to get fitting checks every few years to make sure you get the most from your bra.

Finding the perfect bra is tough. Making things worse, the lingerie brands don’t all use the same exact size! A 30C by Enell might be slightly bigger than the same designation by Goddess or Freya. Hey, we all like a good challenge?

Every year brings new bras to the market which technically should be improvements over the previous year. The real question is whether they are in improvement for your particular shape and size. The only way to find out is to give them a try.

If you’re like many admirers, you know that antique diamond rings are truly unique jewels. Those without treatment are preferred for use in an engagement ring because they are not enhanced and allow the natural beauty of the stone to shine through. But, if you choose to buy one of these untreated gems, follow the advice of experts and get its condition documented on your sales receipt.

Early on in the history of diamonds, only royalty were allowed to wear the precious stones. In fact, kings were allowed to possess diverse colors while others were allowed to wear only the color awarded to their caste. Although unproven, the assigned color is believed to have been associated with such things as invulnerability, lightning, magic, healing, protection and poisoning.

In order for a diamond ring to be considered an antique, it must be over 100 years old and have belonged to one ot the historical periods in Europe. Of course today anyone can wear these precious stones. However, to own a piece of history from the days when only royalty could possess the dazzling gems is a rare treat for the average person.

Antique diamonds have withstood the test of time and it’s not uncommon for an engagement ring to be passed down within families for multiple generations. Based on these sentimental values of keeping heirlooms in the family, presenting an antique engagement ring to a bride-to-be can be a sensitive issue. In the act of sentiment, the receiver should be considered as well as the desire to keep up family tradition.

Not only are diamonds known for their beauty and symbol of eternal love, they have time-tested strength and durability. Natural diamonds have proven to withstand knocks and scratches of everyday life inflicted over years of wear. By contrast, their treated counterparts have not been given this same test of time for the obvious reason they have not been around as long.

When selecting the perfect stone, some believe that size is the most important thing. In fact, many believe that the larger the carat, the more expensive the ring. However, there are other factors that come into play when determining price. One of these factors is the color grading system. For example, colorless diamonds are the most expensive while a noticeable yellow color will cost less.

Although there are many mounting styles to choose for your antique ring, many choose the prong setting. The prong setting allows for more of the diamond to be viewed and can accommodate a larger size. This style choice is often less expensive than many other styles as well.

Diamonds often symbolize wealth and status. However, beyond the traditional symbolism the chosen cut of the stone can provide some personal insight. Generally speaking, individuals wearing a rectangle or square cut display discipline and a value for organization and honesty. Someone preferring the pear cut tends to be adaptable and is often centered on their home and community.

Finding antique diamond rings can be a fun and rewarding experience. Just remember to follow the appropriate guidelines for quality, look for authentication and proper mounting. Perhaps the most important qualification is that you or your gift recipient like the way it looks and will enjoy wearing it.
