I’m just getting started in modeling. How does this all work? Your first step is doing a photo shoot, to get 5-10 prints for your portfolio. Then schedule interviews with local modeling agencies to show them your photos. After you find an agency to represent you, you can order your composite cards (with your stats and 3-5 photos).I prefer check or cash, but I do accept credit cards and debit cards.
Can the image of my dreams be affordable? Absolutely. To be able to surround yourself with beautiful works of art that fulfills and enriches your life is wonderful. Some say priceless. And when the artwork is so personal the rewards are so much greater. Some artists might complain that we could raise our prices but I want those who appreciate and identify with the style of work that I create to be able to afford it.I can usually get you in within a day or two, sometimes even the same day! Saturdays book up the fastest, so allow more advance notice for that.I love to collaborate with others who want something that’s innovative, original, and who are expecting the best work.

I wear eyeglasses. Can I wear them for my portrait? Glasses can be a challenge for a good portrait. The key to a good portrait is capturing the eyes, and eyeglasses can distort or darken them, and cause unwanted reflections. If you have contact lenses, is it better to wear them instead. Or, ask your optometrist if they will loan you a pair of frames without lenses. They will often do this free of charge, or for a small refundable deposit. Or you can remove your lenses and and maybe wear a backup pair to the studio.Since my packages are by the hour, there is no limit to the number of outfits you can use. I usually recommend at least 15-20 minutes per outfit.While we don’t attend the wedding, we do offer an option that could be of interest.
Do you take passport photos or green card photos? I can do these for $100, but you can get these taken at Kinko’s or Bartells drugstores for less than $10.Then digital is your friend! With digital, we’re not limited to the number of shots on a roll of film. You’ll like at least 10% of the shots.
Do you do photo retouching? Yes. Some packages include basic retouching (softening wrinkles and lightening bags under the eyes) and prints include retouching. There may be a charge for more extensive retouching.I believe a lot of my clients come here because they want confidence in knowing their artwork will be as beautiful as the artwork they have seen on my website and in my gallery. It might surprise a lot of people but some photographers actually promote their business using other people’s images. That certainly surprised me when I found that out. Everywhere people are relearning the art of soap making. It may look complicated at first but it is easy. If you have the room in your work room or kitchen it could just what you need to spice up you hobbies. Giving your soap away to guest and friends in a gift basket is a good way to use you soaps.
Making soap is a process called saponification. Wow! I had no clue that it is merely a combination of lye and fats that generates soap. Who knew! In the old days making your own soap was not a preference but a necessity.
Supplies are not complicated or that hard to find. Just look on the internet and you will find a complete list. Use stainless steel when you have a choice. You will need spoons, whisks, pots, bowls and the like. You’ll need an oil like coconut or olive oil for example.
Adding a sweet fragrance to your soap makes it uniquely yours and is a luxurious touch. Make sure that the people you intend it for are not allergic. That would be a disaster.
You can add bath oil beads to the basket along with the soap and scrubby devices too. A back scrubber is always nice along with a buffing sponge.
To personalize a basket for a friend or family do some homework and find out what colors their bathrooms are in. Match your basket’s theme to that color scheme and it will be very welcomed by the recipient. It shows you really thought about them and took the time to notice their home.
The occasion to use your hand made soap baskets will present themselves all the time and you will be ready. A welcome to the neighborhood can receive one of your lovely hand made soap baskets instead of a tin of drug store cookies. What is the difference between Premium Luster and Velvet Fine Art Paper? Both papers are professional quality, archival papers manufactured by Epson. The difference between the two is the finish on the print. The luster finish has a patina similar to what is commonly called semi-gloss.
