An area unmated to scientific rhyme or reason is the venue of honeymoon travel planning. Usually the parameters for wedding planning are fairly clear: you need the location, minister, dress, invites, and decorations. Yet when it comes to making honeymoon travel plans, you may find that there is very little in the way of requirements and must haves. As a matter of fact, within the confines of your budget, the sky is the limit for your planning detail!
In many ways a honeymoon serves a dual purpose: it provides an unmated opportunity to bring both spouses closer together and allow them to begin making some beautiful memories that will cement their relationship, yet it will also provide the very first litmus test with respect to negotiation, ability and willingness to compromise, and communication. There have been the odd couples who have chosen to honeymoon separately as a means of relaxing from their stressful wedding extravaganza, but the odds of this being the last wedding for either party are slim. Other couples may do a little bit of a his and hers honeymoon by first going to a venue she enjoys and then traveling to a venue the groom would like. The jury is still out on whether or not these couples have much of a future.
It is vital to remember that a honeymoon is more than just some time off work or the occasion to relax after the stress of the pre-wedding months. In a very real way it permits you to set the tone for major future decisions and how they will be made in your household.
Another fact is that honeymoon planning is important in that the best deals will not simply be offered to you but instead need to be sought out and uncovered. Enjoy the special treatment you may receive from the airlines and also hotels when you identify yourself as a honeymooning couple and take advantage of each and every little perk you may be able to qualify for. Your honeymoon can be as unique as your engagement rings.
Savvy couples know that planning a wedding, reception and then also a honeymoon is too much to handle, and thus wedding planners and travel agents are usually the ones entrusted with this kind of planning. Unless you have a lot of experience in the planning department, the details may begin to overwhelm you and nothing is worse than sitting at the airport and realizing that you forgot your passport or car rental confirmation. With a travel agent on your side you can relax, snuggle up to your new spouse and enjoy just being close to one another. All the pesky little details will all have been taken care of by a seasoned professional who ensured that all you need to do is show up!

The original home water filtration method was a reverse osmosis water purifier fitted to your water supply. In the years since this system was introduced, more effective and economical systems have become available and yet major players in the water industry continue to push the old system. This article looks at the disadvantages of reverse osmosis water filters.
Still Being Sold
There are many people that are still led to believe by those selling them that the best way to filter water coming into your home is with a reverse osmosis filter system.
These systems are disproportionately expensive, starting in the region of $10,000 to supply and fit, let alone the annual running and maintenance costs. When there are systems a tenth of the price that will do a better job and have vastly reduced maintenance costs, how are people still persuaded to buy them? The answer lies in the big marketing bucks available to push this outdated product. These units cost a lot to purchase and install, making profits to large water companies lending their weight to them great; well worth their outlay financially to market hard.
Unnecessary Waste
One of the many disadvantages of reverse osmosis water filters is the incredible amount of water that is flushed away as waste, in order to produce a tiny fraction of filtered drinking water.
Many using a septic system for their waste water have to upgrade to larger sizes because the tank couldn’t cope with the amount of waste-water it was accumulating. For example, between 40 to 90 gallons of waste-water is produced in order to give the householder just 5 gallons of purified drinking water. This is an unnecessary and flagrant waste of a precious commodity.
Power Requirements
This particular system needs plenty of power in order to turn waste water in to that which is drinkable. Certainly when you take into consideration the ratio of waste water to make drinking water a lot of electricity is required and this is not only bad for your home electricity bills but for the environment as well.
Does Reverse Osmosis Make Water Safe To Drink?
The big question! With all this power usage and waste-water sloshing around the system, does reverse osmosis make water safe to drink?
Well, the answer is that this system makes the water safer to drink, but not necessarily safe. It does a competent job certainly, but no better than the considerably cheaper systems employing more economical methods to filter water without all the whistles and bells whilst doing so.
Other disadvantages of reverse osmosis systems are their removal of healthy minerals and failure to remove some of the harmful cysts and chemicals in the ‘purified’ water.
In fact one manufacturer freely admits as much with a warning that these units are designed only to clean up aesthetic properties and don’t act as a barrier to waterborne microbiological and toxic chemicals.
One other disadvantage of reverse osmosis filters is that they can remove all the natural minerals which are good for us from the water. If giving your family fresh, clean, pollutant free water as efficiently and cost effectively as possible is your aim, then you would do well to look elsewhere.

Real Estate is one of the oldest forms of investing known to man.
Real Estate investing is easy and fortunes are made in a simple manner. For example, and investor decides that a desert area will eventually become an industrial development. He purchases a number of acres at a very low price. If his guess turns out to be correct, ten years later he sells the land hundred times more than what he paid for it.This can happen in any part of the country and is not an exceptional case.
As the population keeps growing in the U.S., land prices continue to raise and it means that Real Estate will continue to offer one of the best investment opportunities in the country.
Compared to most forms of investment, Real Estate offers greater profit potential. Of course, not every piece of land will turn out to be a winner, and despite the great potential rewards in some cases risks are involved, so the necessity of careful study before invest.
One of the problem of Real Estate is his lack of liquidity. Liquid assists are those easily converted into cash like stocks or bons. Most Real Estate investments take years before you can make some money, so it is not wise to tie up all your assets in this type of investment. Your financial situation will determine how much you can wisely invest in properties.
There is a difference between a land speculator and an investor. A speculator buys land with the intention to make a quick sale and fast profits and will not hold land for a long period of time. An investor, on the other hand, looks for a long time gain, and usually buys only what he can afford to keep for an indefinite period of time.
If you are new at this field, it is wise to refrain from any a speculation until you become more informed, and you will have to devote considerable time to study and research. It is wise also to consult specialists before you act.
Without realizing it, you already made a very successful investment in Real Estate if you bought your own home. Before you look for areas to invest, consider the condition of your own house. If you have any plan for selling it, good landscaping has been known to considerably increase the value of a home.
Large profits can be attained by purchasing run-down homes and restoring them for eventual selling, but some factors have to be considered:
* You must know something about architecture and remodeling and get and idea of how much it will cost to get the house back into shape. Consider what you will be able to do yourself and what it will cost you if you have to have it done.
* The location of the house is the most important factor to consider. Study the neighborhood, shopping, and transportation facilities.
It can also be profitable to lease land for commercial use. Land which borders highway is extremely valuable for purpose such as warehouse, gas station, etc.
Land development companies frequently run advertisements offering country retreats. Be wary of these offers as they themselves make a large profit at the time they sell you the land, so it is much more profitable for you to buy your own.
When you buy property, buy at a price that involves a minimum financial risk. Invest only a modest amount of your own capital, when you sell, determine if a cash or installment sale is the best, based on your over-all income tax status. Learn by looking back on the mistakes made in the past and by reviewing the opportunities you have missed.
Prepare a list of all properties available in your area and think up the best future use of the properties. Learn to purchase land before there is a demand. To buy land well in advance is the only economical way at today’s prices. Then hold the property until you can resale for large profits. Don’t sell all your desirable properties and keep just lemons.
If you are willing to leave the cities, you should not have any trouble finding inexpensive land for sale. If you discover a tract of land appealing to you but not listed for sale, contact the Country Register’s Office and he will tell you who is the owner. Get in touch with him and he could be willing to sell.
As a rule purchasing tracts of land within thirty miles from a growing city is often a sound investment. Deal only with qualified realtors. Be careful of individuals who offer quick profits.
Before taking any action, study what has been written about the subject. Know why you should and should not buy. Stay conventional and don’t buy white elephants. Look for hidden defects and make the property attractive before offering it for resale. Study local conditions and be sure it is practical. Constantly look for bargains and quality properties with exceptional features that will make the sale easier. Follow up on For Sale signs, make inquiries.
When discouraging elements occur, minimize your losses by whatever means available. Don’t throw away money on repairs for poorly located property or in an area of surplus rental units.
Before you attempt to sell, find out how the prospect can use the property profitably. Ask yourself if you would purchase it if you were in the prospect’s shoes. Ask yourself if the future use will fit any of the many types of specific businesses. Can a hospital, a bank, an apartment complex, condominium or professional building be located on the property.
Learn to analyze the pros and cons of a real estate problem. Break it down into its various elements. Know if the answers you come up with are satisfactory and practical. Try different approaches to the problem.
You are necessary looking for the “top” or “bottom” of the market, or the current economic situation. You are looking for a variety of properties which have a higher value dependent on the use that can be established for them.
There are always opportunities in Real Estate during good times and bad, but it is up to you to pick and choose only those very best deals, especially during times when it appears that Real Estate values and demand have reached their peak or in times when it is practically impossible for most anyone to get bank loans due to the tight money market or impossible interest rates.

Remember when you were small and your folks got out the sprinkler on a blistering summer afternoon? Not only was it cool and refreshingbut you and your friends had a great time.
We have certainly come a long way since the days of the backyard sprinkler. One of our most popular games right now are inflatable water slides. Water slides come in all sizes and shapes. You can find slides with pools, without pools, inflatable slip and slides, slides with sprinklers and slides in every theme conceivable.
And really, are they just for kids? No way.they’re for ALL ages. And they’re loved by all ages.
When we originally bought our inflatable slip and slide we placed it at a friend’s house for a trial run. Their kids are slightly younger than our kids and we like to get their thoughts on our newer pieces of equipment. We found after their event that although the kids had a great time, it was the ADULTS who really relished the slide.
Evidently a slip n slide is a immense amount of fun for parents who are stressed out after a long busy day.
Where can these games be used? Anywhere you have a power supply and water supply. Most water slides have a continual mist of waterfalling over them at all times so they need to be within 50′ of a water connection and of course, since they’re inflated by a blower, you also need a power supply within 50′.
And water slides are not just for back yard parties. More and more they’re being used for company picnics, summer camps and special events.”So, if you’re looking to add a “splash” to a hot summer party….think Water Slide!

One camera to watch available on the market today is the Canon PowerShot SD500 Digital Elph. Coming with an impressive 7.1 megapixel resolution this camera provides superior image quality.
The SD500 executes well on speed and sharpness tests. It also got a fun My Color feature that will be sure to please many kinds of users.
As far as design, the Canon PowerShot SD500 is delightfully comfortable to hold and control. One thing to watch for is that the compact layout of the buttons on the back can be easy to accidentally press during one-handed shooting. The LCD is a large 2 inches and the optical viewfinder located just above is nice and maintains a smooth, bright and clear image when panning.
Apart from the 7.1 megapixel mark, the Canon PowerShot SD500 has most of the customary features of its group, including an f/2.8 to f/4.9, 7.7- to 23.1-mm (37- to 111-mm, 35mm equivalent), 3X optical zoom lens.
Both the mode dial and the menu system offer all the standard modes to include Playback, Auto, Manual (this adjusts white balance, ISO, EV compensation and color effects), Macro and Movie. VGA clips are captures at 30 frames per second in Movie mode. The menu system offers addition modes such as Stitch Assist (for panoramas) and nine preset scene modes.
The Canon PowerShot SD500 has a very intuitive user control system. It also offers a very interesting shooting mode called My Colors. You can make blues, greens, or reds more vibrant, or lighten or darken skin tones.
The Color Accent and Color Swap choices generate some out of the ordinary effects. Color Accent lets you isolate the color of one object, while the color information for the rest of the photograph is discarded. The product might be a bright red rose in the middle of a black-and-white wedding shot.
In Color Swap mode, you select a certain color in a scene on the LCD, and then select the color you want to swap it with. For example, you could isolate the bright red of one car and swap it with the blue from another. You have to make your color selections before you shoot however, so make sure you’re not going to miss the shot.
The Canon PowerShot SD500 allows your pictures to be stored in SD memory cards. There’s also direct connection to Canon CP Printers and select BJ Printers. This effectively means that you do not need a computer to print pictures.
The Canon PowerShot SD500 makes use of proprietary lithium batteries. The marketed battery life is about 160 shots with the LCD on and about 550 shots with the LCD off. If a long battery life is a necessity, extra batteries are available for purchase at your local camera store so you can take along extras.
Another unusual feature is an optional DC coupler, supported via a flap on the battery/media compartment door. This lets you run the camera off AC power (via an optional adapter) while you charge the battery in the included external charger.
On the whole, the Canon PowerShot SD500 is a great camera. One shortcoming is that it has some problems finding the intended focusing point in Macro mode. Also, when the flash fired in the macro shots, most of the picture was very overexposed - except for some areas near the bottom of the image, where a dark shadow appeared because of the extended lens blocking the flash.
The mode design could also be modified. Only the center (Manual) mode appears level when selected. The remaining modes: Playback, Auto, Macro and Movie are slanted as you turn the dial.
Be sure however that the Canon PowerShot SD500 is a great ultra-compact camera. From its looks to its capabilities, this camera is impressive. Then once you add on its remarkably unique features, the Canon SD500 stands out among the rest as a contender for a top seller.

Going to the dentist is pretty low on the list of enjoyable things to do. Getting braces is even lower. The mere thought of doing so makes many people shutter with thoughts of agony, but do braces really hurt?
Much of the pain associated with getting braces comes from the fact few people know what is really going to happen. There should be no pain. You might be sore afterwards, but most of the action will be on your hard teeth.
After getting your braces put on, you will definitely feel something. It should not be pain. Instead, it should be a sensation of minor pressure as the braces start to move your teeth to the desired positions. If you experience sharp pain, see a dentist asap.
How far have braces advanced? The procedure is so standard now that you should be able to return to your normal daily activities the next day. It will take a bit to get used to them, but you should be fine within a few days.
There are some things so strange in life that one can be left speechless. This is currently occurring with braces today. They are a popular look. How popular? Many people, particularly teens, are applying fake braces to get the look.
One can understand why people fear braces. The first versions looked like torture devices and felt like them as well. Today, they are small, transparent and comfortable. Keeping them clean is really the only issue you need to care about.
Your new braces really should be low maintenance. Avoid the foods your dentist mentions. Keep an emergency repair kit in case you have a problem and you should have no problems with your orthodontics.
The days of living in terror prior to your appointment to get braces put on are over. The world of orthodontics has changed for the better. You can expect some minor discomfort, but only for a very short time.

Cupping does not only exist for professionals. The art should be enjoyed by everyone and anyone who loves coffee. Enjoying coffee is a social affair and why not have an adventure at the same time. The cupper must taste and smell the coffee. The aroma, body, finish, acidity, and flavor all play key roles in the elegance and enjoyment of a coffee. Simple arrangements can be made at home to enjoy tasting with friends without needing to be masterly.
There should be a large quantity of freshly filtered water alongside the best quality grounds. Stale coffee should be occur because of poor water supply. Minerals such as sulfur can taint the water and wreck the coffee. Softened water should be avoided because of its levels of sodium. Then it is a great idea to have a plethora or small glasses available for the tasting experience. Some spoons and scoops are helpful as well.
The water should be boiled and the burr grinder ready to go. The grounds can be done at different settings to test out which works best for each coffee. The coffee grind can make a big difference in taste.
The coffee should be prepared in small samples and allowed to steep for a few minutes. The coffee should then be filtered and allowed to settle before spooned out. Then the aroma should be taken in. Then the coffee should be tasted. This is done properly by running the fluid over the entirety of the tongue and then holding it there for some seconds before spitting it out.
The profile of the coffee is what is to be determined. This includes such attributes as woody or winey, floral or peppery? It could also include full or thin body or is it acidic or not. The wide variety of locations and growing conditions are what make coffee so diverse. This is why coffee from all over the world should be used during tasting experiences. Different countries not only offer different blends and tastes, but different roasts and styles as well. It is up to each person to change the grind and adjust making the coffee to suit their brewers.
The typical recipe is about two tablespoons of coffee for about every cup of water. Although again, this is preference and can be adjusted. The water should always remain about 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Although this does too change depending on recipes.
Some of the specific characteristics to be cautious of when tasting are listed here. Acidity which is known and discovered as the tingle that can be felt on the sides of the tongue. The aroma which is known as the vapors that comes off the coffee. Then there is the bitterness, which is typically from the caffeine, but can also be a sign of less quality beans. The body is how thick or light the coffee feels in the mouth. Nuttiness is most often a sign that the coffee is lower quality, but this is not always. Then there is the sharpness, this is from the acid and the salt. It is typical of Robusta coffee. Tasting is an adventure, why don?t you go on one today.

Have you ever thought about that? Why do men get dumped by women? Time and time again you’ll hear a man make the comment that his girlfriend or wife just broke up with him. You were so good to her it almost seemed like you worshiped her, so you’ll have no idea why.
Did you ever hear that line “Nice guys finish last?” Well, there’s a little truth to that statement. Many women aren’t as self assured as they could be and any women who is a little insecure will sometimes wonder why a really great guy would want her. So, if you seem to be head over heals in love with her, she’ll wonder what’s wrong with you.
Does every female have that view? Nope, of course not! Many women have the self assurance to know what they want in a man and they’ll expect to be treated well or they’ll get out of the relationship. But Many women subscribe to the “grass is always greener” mentality. The man of their dreams could be the next one they meet.
So, what do you do when a woman breaks up with you for seemingly no reason at all? The first thing you WON’T do is call her, text her or go visit her. She evidently took you for granted while you were together so let her have some time to miss you.
Get back to your life quickly, don’t let the devastation grow. Get out of the house, see your friends, and its okay to start dating again. Dating can be a beneficial way to find a woman with the confidence to appreciate who you are.
The reality check is deciding whether or not you can handle a relationship full of her insecurities. Think about it? Is she really worth it? You have to give your beloved the the freedom, the space and time to widen her horizons on her own. It is very possible to mend a relationship if the trust is present.
If you have not called lately, you can expect she will likely call you. Be friendly, but aloof. Don’t share much about your life. And don’t ask a lot about hers. And cut the call short. You want to allow her the opportunity to recognize you as her ideal man.
Basically, she’s going to have to earn the right to have you for a boyfriend or lover. Let HER chase you, not the other way around. And if you finally let her catch you, hold a little of yourself back for a while. Remember, she’s not sure what to do if you’re really nice, so don’t give so much.
Am I telling you to treat her inappropriately? No way! Just stay a little more independent of her this time. These are the steps to save your relationship, if that is what you are really looking for.

A promotional product is nothing more than a normal item that you add your business’s name, slogan, web address, or logo to and give out in an effort to raise community awareness of your company. You probably have some promotional products in your home. Some examples include pens, key chains, coffee mugs, magnets, and calendars.
Distributing promotional products is a powerful marketing tool. Who doesn’t love to get stuff for free? Once we do, we tend to keep such items around for a long time. If your company’s name appears on such household objects, customers will be constantly reminded of the products and services your business offers them. You can use the following locations to organize promotional product giveaways and maximize contact with your customer base.
* Your company’s website: You can organize a giveaway on your website each month and thus raise the number of hits the page receives. For example, a website filled with cooking information will have lots of success with a giveaway that offers a measuring cup, apron, or recipe holder as a prize.
* Websites of other companies: Websites of companies that you are not in direct competition can be another great location from which you can set up a product giveaway. Though you shouldn’t use a competitor’s website as your base of operations, the market of the company you work with should be similar to your own. For example, giving away a cooking apron away on a website about fishing won’t help you draw very many customers.
* Upgrade orders: Use promotional items to entice your customers to upgrade their orders. Going back to the cooking website example, you could offer a free apron to anyone who purchases two recipe ebooks. Send the ebooks as digital delivery, and simply send the apron through snail mail.
* Best customer: You can review your sales records and find all your customers that have spent over $100 on your products and services. Then surprise them with a free promotional product; they are sure to be thrilled. Not only will they see you as an appreciative business owner, they will no doubt feel flattered and be moved to buy more from you.
* Best affiliate: If you have an affiliate program, sending your top affiliates a promotional item as a “thank you” is a great gesture. Your affiliates will be touched, and will work even harder to promote your products and services.
* Businesses you are not in competition in with: You can advertise by word of mouth and get valuable business referrals from non-competing businesses. This refers to companies that have a similar target customer base but does not offer the same products and services that yours does. Make-up artists and hair stylists and graphic designers and virtual assistants are two good examples of non-competing businesses that can be used for advertising to the mutual benefit of both companies.

It is safe to say that Shih Tzu dogs have many different types of behavior that are all their own. Some of the things a Shih Tzu dog will do can really be annoying and some of their behavior makes owning one really worthwhile. Before you invest in a Shih Tzu dog you should probably take a look at their typical behaviors to see if a dog like this will fit in well with your living situation.
Shih Tzu dogs like it quiet and they do not react well to a lot of noise and a lot commotion. For this reason Shih Tzu dogs are not the best dogs to have around kids. Kids have a tendency to make a lot of noise and if they are young enough they can sometimes make too much noise for the Shih Tzu. One reaction a Shih Tzu has to noise is a nervous biting habit so you may want to talk with your breeder about mixing a Shih Tzu and kids.
Shih Tzu dogs descend from the dogs that were preferred by Chinese royalty and it seems that every generation since the original generation knows that and acts like it. They carry themselves very well, they are very dignified little dogs, but they are also playful and happy dogs when they feel comfortable and at ease. They do not require a lot of exercise but when they get going they certainly do love to play.
A Shih Tzu may look like your typical little yip dog but in reality the Shih Tzu is not nearly as vocal and as annoying as many other breed of toy dogs are.
They do not bark all day long and they do not carry on vocally at all unless they have a very good reason. They don’t make great watchdogs but they only speak when they really mean it.
A Shih Tzu dog is very much a dog with a mind of its own. They do not take to mindless commands like a more obedient breed of dog would and if they don’t want to chase the stick then they are not going to. They are very stubborn and this can be a problem when you are trying to show the dog who is in charge. This can also be a problem when it comes to housebreaking because they can sometimes take months to realize you want them to do their business outside.
Shih Tzu dogs make great little pets but they need a lot of attention. They need to be combed regularly to keep their long beautiful coat healthy so that the dog can stay healthy as well.
If you are looking for a pet that will love your constant attention and a pet you can shower affection on that will not only appreciate the affection but also return it then you want to think about getting a Shih Tzu.
