I guess so long as the left and right are equally upset, he mustn't be doing too terrible a job.

amen! lol i honestly want to believe that guys like Bernanke are just so ensconced in their craniums that they don't get just how ODD and insulting they sound to those of us whom they juggle in their fancy, fat, lying equations. I honestly don't think the guy would be able to sleep at night if he really believed he was just a tool for bilking the US public.

Why didn't other congressmen "checkmate" Bernake except Ron Paul? Don't they care about the economic well beings of this nation or they are clueless except corruption and taking money from lobbysts. This country is going down the drain without people like Ron Paul.

Bernanke sounded very derogatory of people who have their wealth 'in dollars' and it will only affect imported goods. Ummm, doesn't the average American only have their wealth in dollars? And have you been shopping lately and looked at the 'Made in' tags? EVERYTHING is imported!!

Listen to Bernanke just pull his answer out of his ass. Reminds me of myself in college. Hahahaha. Even the speaker was laughing at the end.

I have never heard a Congressman talk about economics like that. Wow he sure knows what he's talking about.

Bernake said "the only cost of inflation is for imports" - doesn't this country import 98% of its goods?? A 1913 $20 Gold coin (1 oz), the year the Fed took over, is worth $800 today.

Bernake showed classic body language signs of being dishonest, most notably his rubbing his nose at the end. When we are lying, the circulation in our nose increases (hence the Pinochio analogy), touching your nose is a classic sign of lying and I am shocked that someone in his position would be so careless. Also, he gulped notably.

My God,Ron Paul is the only guy in the room who knows what is going on. I remember when Greenmaker would spew "Fed speak" and the panel looked like deer in headlights. Cant pull that crap on Dr.Paul because he knows the subject!!!For God's sakes put some qualified folks on this committee! So far Paul is the only one.Sig |
