During the second season Aelita was linked to the supercomputer. She was human it was just that she was linked to the supercomputer. During the third season she was human and not linked to the supercomputer.

There is something i dont get about the show!! Later in the episodes they found out that aelita is human and XANA doesn't hav her life or anything like that, All XANA did was take a part of aelita away from her, so how come aelita is dying becuz of the supercomputer running out of power when aelita is actually human and she shouldn't be affected by the supercomputer.
